This was my 2nd visit and won't be my last. I had the jerk chicken dinner with mac n cheese and collard greens. I also had a... beef patty. Everything was great with the exception of the Mac n cheese. It was just ok but my standard is extremely high asmine is amazing and I rarely find any as good when dining out. Serving size was plentiful and I had enough for lunch the nextday. The rum punch? Baby! I had to pace myself and I do NOT have a low tolerance with liquor. Ordered Oxtails, Jerk chicken and Stewed chicken. Absolutely no flavor! Cabbage was plain, gravy no taste, and the mac & cheese... was horrible. Very disappointed that I paid 50$ for nothing. Waited a hour at that. The bartender who took my order wasoverwhelmed. She was trying her best to handle business. I'll give her 4 stars but the restaurant food I do not recommend. Read more
Waited an hour for a jerk chicken salad. Was very under whelmed. Customer service was good but my experience was not especially... because I had half of a half of Chicken Breast on a pile of lettuce. The dressing was good. Read more
Being greedy, will cause you lose a good customer every time. I ordered jerk chicken meal, but their jerk chicken sauce was so... hot, that was very unbearable to me. So I thought it was OK that I could actually substitute the jerk chicken sauce for theBrown stew chicken sauce, with no charge. Little did I know, they charged me 2 extra dollars for a small thing if Brown chickenstew gravy and it's was not even enough to even put over my food. Plenty of parking on a dirt road the place is a bar/restaurant so I guess if you like pop in for a drink, the food was good I... went on a sat evening about 8pm, I got the jerk chicken with rice and peas, yams, and mac. Rice was a bit dry and not too hot,the chicken was on point and came with some sauce on the side, candy yams were sweet and delicious, and the mac was ok. . . forabout $12 after tax it was well worth it !
