Went there to try their new country fried steak. The lady in charge did an excellent job at communicating to me they had run out... of coffee cups. They offered an alternative. The food was good. The coffee was hot. The service was adequate. I have nocomplaints. For a fast food chain, they did a fantastic job on this day. Read more

Wow, I have never been to a more poorly run restaurant. We waited for 30 minutes and we never received our order. We could not... get the attention of the manager. The staff was simply incompetent. We left without our order. Wow supper bad. Others noted thattoo, it was not just our bad luck. Read more
It was ok for a chicken sandwich place. I didn't realize it was supposed to be spicy until I bit into the sandwich and noticed... the seasoning. I wished the sandwich was warmer especially since it was during lunch. Overall I didn't have to wait long in thedrive thru and the rep was helpful. The fries were okay not as hot as I like too. Order took 20 min, lots of staff , laughing and cutting up and kept looking at me like I was a bother. Finally one person asked... me what I ordered , then walked way . The front counter girl was very nice and tried to help. Once I received order had to goback and ask for gravy and napkins. Trash was over filled and bathrooms very dirty. one customer was told wait will be a whilecause under staffed and started laughing . I counted 7 employees. New building. Clean. Plenty of parking. Off main road of Senioa. Next door to Taco Bell. Food is okay. Customer service need... work. I rated a one because for delivery services pickup time is slow 90% of the time. I waited 10 minutes for an order that Inever got. The car in front of me got their food. Three cars behind me got their food. I called and asked did they forget aboutme and a worker answered and said that there was only one person working and that she had just arrived and asked me to wait anadditional 5 minutes could be longer or shorter wait . Everytime I go to this location I have a bad experience with them not having everything I need to complete my meal. Most of the... time the morning biscuits are very hard. They never have either cream or sugar for my coffee. One day it's no cream. I try themagain and they don't have sugar. Amazing they can't keep up with supplies. People wonder why Chick Fil La is so popular. It'sbecause I never have these issues. Read more
