Rude worker at the drive through today (thin, African-American male) around 5pm on Thursday, Aug 5. I ordered a combo meal and... asked for a baked potato in place of the fries. I was given fries, so I calmly asked for a potato. The worker lost hiscomposure and sharply said, ?Now you want a potato!? One of the other staff members politely took care of it. This was any easymistake to correct. His response was very inappropriate and unprovoked. Read more
This is quite literally the worst Wendy?s in the area. My first order got screwed, called to replace and they said sure. They... then proceed to act like it?s the worst thing in the world when I ask them to replace the food at the window. Even better, theyforgot items with the replacement food? Staff here is mostly terrible. Forgotten items, wrong orders, attitudes, etc. I don?tknow his name but there?s a black guy there later in the day that seems like he hates being there, he?s very rude and short, andalmost throwing food at you out the window. Service here is incredibly slow. There?s always someone waiting at the speaker forextended periods of time because they tell you to wait. Done coming here, hopefully the surrounding Wendy?s will do better. Read more
I?ve gone to this Wendy?s fairly consistently as it?s the only fast food nearby and man, it never fails to disappoint. 50% of... the time the order I get is just plain wrong, they?re so incredibly slow, and I?ve witnessed legitimate yelling matches betweenemployees through the drive through window. It's one of the better ones we have in town. At any given time you pass by they have lots of cars while burger King next door... sits empty most of the time. Wendy's food is fresher than its neighbors and you can tell the town prefers this Wendy's lol Read more
I had the worst experience at Wendy's in Fairborn last night. I entered the drive thru at 6:17pm. They were busy. I ended up... being in line for 30 minutes. When I finally got to the window, there was an employee standing near the window. He was on hisphone. He looked up at me, then continued to be on his phone. No greeting of any kind. Also, there was loud arguments betweenthe employees . So much profanity. I decided to stay in line, as I was almost late for work. Rude. Not a single smile and theysnapped at me. Oh God. Where do I start? First off they take one order every 10 minutes. Second, they can't even get an order correct. Third,... they take 10 minutes to make the order. And lastly, whole trip through drive thru took almost an hour, and there was only 4 carsin front of me. If I could give it less stars, I would. Terrible location 10/10 would not recommend. Read more
Usually only a couple of people working there in early mornings. May take a bit to get your food but it will be fresh and hot
