Worst customer service at all, orders completely wrong, charged extra for gauc, when every other time its come on the meal.... Slammed my girlfriend's arm in the window as she tried to ask about google pay. Had the nerve to try and accuse her of B&Ebecause she had her hand across the window threshold trying to use google pay. The person in question was a large portly whitelady who had an attitude the WHOLE time we were there. When attempting to refund the tacos we were denied stating the wholeorder would have to be refunded. A gentleman who witnessed this actually recommended we call the cops with an assaultcharge.will NEVER return to this location as long as this lady still has employment here. Read more
Been to this place quite a few times. Wait isn't too bad. Only if you don't have 2 cars already in front of you. Got the Carne... Asada fries, fry to meat proportion was good. The flavor was decent and the steak was slightly seasoned. The hot sauce prettymuch brought all the flavors together in my opinion. Without any mild or hot sauce it seemed to be lacking something. Only had one experience here and it was trash. Ordered taquitos. Menu said it came with guacamole. They gave me a smashed baby... food avocado. They were nasty. They had no cheese and just poor of any quality. Read more
Very disappointed. Waited 15 minutes for beef tacos with the cheese and lettuce on the outside. One was so cold it had to come... right out of a fridge. Can't believe I tipped them $10! Read more
I thought they did a great job with some authentic Mexican food! Especially the tacos. They are slightly more than you may... expect but I didn?t think was too unreasonable. They were actually large and had a good size portion of meat inside of them. Wehad the steak and the chicken as well as a quesadilla. The service is very good as well. We just did a drive-through and it wasvery fast. I look forward to coming back here again! Read more
I love the food here, but the service can be subpar. Today, there was this young girl at the window, who completely ignored me... when I asked for more sauce. When I asked her again, she gave me an attitude as if asking for more sauce was a burden.definitely need to get better representatives for your business Read more
