The food was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was really on her game. Never ran out of drinks. Very sweet girl. My steak was... fabulous. Cooked to perfection. I had the 12oz Ribeye Steak buttered corn and applesauce. Can't forget to mention the amazingrolls. Would have gave 5 stars but. There was this hostess named Lindsay. Very rude gave use very dirty looks. And would not saya word. Just gave us mean looks. Other than Lindsay the experience was amazing as always. Thanks Texas Roadhouse your food isalways amazing. We come here frequently for date night or night out with the kids. Tonight we ordered a burger and fries-well done. Burger came... out very pink. Husband ordered chicken with mashed potatoes gravy on the side and they came out with gravy on them. Waitress didnot check on us for refills, took 20 minutes to come and pick up the money for the check. Asked for a to go cup for our cup oflemonade, waitress went to back and came out- started cleaning a table. Never got a to go cup. We just got up and left smh. Willnot return unfortunately Read more
Maybe this gal is just used to getting to pick my steaks ???? back home, but that was not even an option here. I ordered me the... Surf n Turf, and the waitress did not ask me how I wanted my steak. Before walking away, I asked if I could have my steak mediumwell with some grilled mushroom and onions, and she said sure. (Confused because I assumed that was normal question). Food cameout, and my steak was well done (no pink) and no mushroom and onions. Waited for our waitress, and she didn’t appear, andafter 10 minutes I ate the shrimp ???? and waited another 5 minutes and began to eat my steak. She finally came around and Itold her that it was overcooked and I never got my mushroom and onions. She ran off and came back with some cold mushroom andonions. Needless to say, I made the decision to eat my overcooked steak, but I left the mushroom and onions. I imagine the foodis good when you get the way you want it ???? This is the second time that I order a medium well steak and it is never cooked that way. I asked for them to cook it longer and... this is what they brought out to me. I didn’t get to eat dinner with my husband because I was waiting for them to cook mysteak longer. We ended up leaving shortly after and asked for a to go box. Definitely not coming back. Also, my Margarita was abit watered down but I didn’t want to have to wait more for them to bring me a new one. I was already irritated that I justwanted to leave. The only things I ate for my meal were the Caesar salad and the little bowl of broccoli along with the bread. Read more
We came to Ohio on a last minute trip. After we got settled in at the Quailty Inn. We found Texas Roadhouse on maps and head on... over. No wait to get seated. Our waitress was friendly and cheerful and knowledgeable of the menu items to help withsuggestions. The drinks were good and their famous rolls were no disappointment! We ordered appetizers this visit so we wereunable to eat dessert. Read more
Wow, amazingly delicious food is being served here. I tried herb crusted chicken (with extra butter lemon sauce )with potato... fries and seasoned rice , grilled fish, shrimp fry, cactus blossom , bbq chicken, and a couple of sodas. The ribeye steak is always juicy and flavorful. The margarita's are HUGE! We normally get the onion blossom appetizer but... tried the appetizer sampler and it was really good as well! Between the appetizer, rolls, and entree we were stuffed and hadplenty of leftovers to take home! Read more
