I love, love,love ? this Taco Bell, great please to eat for lunch and dinner, Customerservice is wonderful...I live in... Beavercreek, and I come here to eat because I love ?????? the staffand the atmosphere the staff is wonderful the customerservice is beautiful and they strive and work hard to make sure your order is correct and then presentation of how they preparethe food is beautiful...Thanks you guys rock!! Fairborn Toco bell might as well close. Every time I go there the computer system crashes, or they are out of beef or chicken. ... Probably just excuses because the workers are too lazy to do their job. Read more

The food is not what it used to be. The burrito supreme was basically a bean burrito with lettuce. Hubby ordered a burrito... supreme with a taco and was given a "red" burrito, not a supreme. Will not be ordering here again. We have given them twochances. Too bad too, because I used to really like their food. Read more

Staff needs retrained. Made an app order, which included a slushie. Got to the window and was told the machine wasn't working. I... said to replace it with a Pepsi. When I asked about the difference in cost the girl said there was none. I said yes a Pepsi ischeaper than a slushie. She said what do you want me to do? Uhmm, give me the difference. She gets the manager who comes to thewindow quite aggressively. She waves a dollar around saying most customers don't make such a big deal out of a dollar. I saidwell it's my dollar and if you don't have what I ordered, I'd like it back. She said "we can settle this. I'm calling thepolice." I was baffled but happy to greet the police because I literally had no clue where the aggression from the employees wascoming from. Manager instead called her GM who told her to refund me. Once she opened the window again I explained that all Ineeded was the dollar back, I was more than happy to pay for the price of the Pepsi. At that point the manager looked like shefelt silly and apologized. I don't know what was said to the manager from the first employee, but she did come to the windowquite aggressively. After I was able to explain the story she seemed to calm down. However this seems to be an issue withemployees and management not knowing how to handle an issue and threatening to call the cops on customers. If that is how youwould like to waste the community resources, go for it. But I think a simple retraining would help tremendously. Read more

Absolutely Perfect. There may be a small amount of staff sometimes, but I really absolutely love the job. You build up some... more experience and make some friends! I enjoy taking orders from drive-thru customers. Some customers may not appreciate havingtheir orders wrong, but we make sure things get done right. Read more

Ordered the number three. Which consisted of large drink, taco and Burrito supreme. I ordered for take out drove 5 minutes... and decided to try my soft taco. Unfortunately it was cold as was my Burrito. So with that said I must give them three stars. Facilities were top notch and very clean. Read more
