i?m a vegetarian and i ordered jalapeño rolls, they sent me pepperoni rolls. called, told the guy i was a vegetarian and he... agreed to correct my order and sent me more pepperoni bites. i called to let them know it was wrong again. management insistedon correcting my order again after i told him i didn?t want them to send it out and adding a bottled drink, they never deliveredit and the manager tried to flirt w me over the phone. overall weird experience Read more

Never ever again will I order anything from this location. The manager of this location needs to take a lesson in customer... service considering she called me a b**** for complaining about my pizza that obviously was not done along with the very lightlycooked breadsticks. I called another location that I am familiar with and the DM was there. I want to give huge appreciation tothis DM. She personally made my pizzas and delivered them to me although I was short of their delivery for this location. Shewas very kind and handled the situation immediately. Read more
Great food, service, and value. The app speeds up the carryout ordering process as well as gives you access to nice promotions.... My extra large pizza was wonderful. Great balance of everything and perfectly cut (which is something a lot of places strugglewith -cutting the center of a pizza completely.) Have been going to this location for years. Great job. I love my local papa johns in Fairborn!! All the other locations of papa I?ve had have not been as great! My food is always hot... and fresh, my orders always correct, the staff is always so nice and welcoming, but most importantly they always have onlinespecials and they make the food taste perfectly every time!!!????????????????
