It's fast food, McDonald's services got worse right after covid and still haven't recovered. Drive through takes 10 minutes or... more to serve a sandwich most times of day, and it's not just this store. Prices went up to a point I can eat better elsewherefor the price of a burger combo. My favorite McDonald?s! I live down the street so I come here a lot. Everyone is always so polite and happy, Chris in specific... helped me during a breakfast rush, he was incredibly patient and I?ve never had this kind of positive experience at any otherfast food chain, especially during a breakfast rush. From the time we ordered to the time we got our food, it took 20 minutes. Ordering was down to one lane, too, so that took... awhile as well. We spent 30-40 minutes in the drive thru. Crazy. Read more
The food here is almost always very hot and fresh. The employees are friendly and efficient. The only issue I ever have with... this store is, it does not seem to matter what time of day I stop here, they are always cleaning the frappe machine (or it'sdown). Read more
Forgot my 10 piece nugget today but gave me the sweet n sour sauce. Every time i go here they are always either out of something... or something is broken so i can?t order what i want. the mcdonald?s 5 minutes from this one is 100% better 100% of the time.this is by far the worst mcdonald?s i have ever been too & most of the staff are awful. Waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes.. took them 20 minutes to get me a 20 piece and a cheeseburger from when I ordered it,... to when it was handed to me. Told me to pull forward and as I waited, 10 cars got their big bags of food, and when I got minehanded to me, the employee had the dumbest look on their face and didn't even say a word. Horrible service. Horrible customer service. Drive thru is Horrible they will make you sit at the speaker and take multiple... other peoples orders without even greeting you. Slow. Horrible all the way around don't waste your time, just for them to messyour order up. Smh. Read more
Frequently gets orders wrong. Stacks orders wrong placing sandwiches at the bottom meaning they get smashed. Order a rib... sandwich plain, ticket says only sauce, both sandwiches smashed to hell and has pickles and onions, get pulled expecting freshfood but alas fries are ice cold, sandwiches are Luke warm, nuggets maybe saw the fry oil 10 min ago.
