Got the lasagna and it had to be the absolute worse I've ever had . Wanted the pizza but after telling them we wanted half... meatlovers and the other half with just chicken and 4 other toppings we were informed that we had to pay an extra 1 dollar pertopping which would have put the price of the pizza at 30 dollars plus . Honestly one of the most disappointing pizzas I've ever had in my life. I think it was disappointing because this was actually... our second visit and the last time we came it was completely different and so good. No flavor, very hard and burnt crust, verylittle cheese. Bought a large, ate one piece and tossed the rest it was so inedible. We drove 40 minutes and didn't want towaste time going back. We had this a couple of years ago and what we got today was so different. Dry. had extra sauce and it tasted like paste! and I... was charged 2.50! almost no cheese! thought I traded mushrooms for banana peppers but they charged an extra dollar for that!will never go back! drove 20 minutes one way for a tasteless crunchy thing. This place makes a great thin crust pizza. And yes. That's the only way they make it. They have a great selection of food other... than pizza if someone in your party isn't a pizza fan. Prices are pretty reasonable for the serving sizes. The atmosphere isgreat. Service is good but this place does get busy so have some patience. Get there early because some menu items do tend tosell out. Read more
I went today for the first time and was disappointed that only select menu items we?re available, but that is completely... understandable due to staffing issues and COVID? But the meal and experience turned out to be phenomenal!!! Jen, our waitress,provided top notch service with a smile...The ranch dressing was spot on and the pizza, thin and crispy, was excellent!!! After a day of hiking at Clifton Gorge, I took my family of 6 into nearby Fairborn to find some food. We came to Giovanni's and... so glad we did! The cheese and sauce on the pizza are so delicious. We also ordered garlic cheese bread which was so good itreally doesn't need any dip! Our waitress was so kind and even recommended some places nearby to watch planes land and take offat the nearby Air Force Base. The prices are very reasonable. If you are ever near Fairborn, I highly recommend a visit toGiovanni's. Read more
The regular menu was largely unavailable at the time of my visit. The pizza however was available and delicious. I got the... Mediterranean veggie. The crust was perfectly done to my liking with plenty of crunch and just a bit of darkness at the edges.The toppings were generous and all played well together. Will smash again. Read more
