This is my favorite Dunkin' donut people are there they're wonderful, they greet you with respect with a smile, and they may... make a joke or two like always... my favorite person there her name is Drew, there's a few others but I can't remember all theirnames but I love this Dunkin' donut I drive very far just to come and see them but I love this Dunkin' Donuts they Rock!! 5stars for you guys you work very hard... and your Donuts are always stacked and ready to go and alwaysfresh.????????????????????????? Shout to the Fairborn Dunkin' employees working Saturday, September 3, 2022 @ 10am. We were there when it was very busy both in... the drive thru, inside, & mobile orders. I watched another customer come storming in, loudly ask a worker to "put a cream in mycoffee cause she didn't do it!" Proceed to put her cup over the wall & the spill all the contents of her very hot coffee ontothe workers & the orders they were getting ready for others. She burned at least one worker & did a huge no no in the way offood safety by passing her cup back to them. That is a health code violation which apparently that customer doesn't seem torealize. She made Dunkin' lose food on account of her foul actions. The Dunkin' workers handled her with grace, a goodattitude, & care. I am glad I witnessed that incident as it showed how well the Fairborn Dunkin' employees handle difficultcustomers with politeness. Keep up the good work guys! Read more
Great location. They were busy when I was there, but the staff was on it. If you like donut these guys are the donut experts. ... I won't call it bakery delicious, but top of "chain" donuts, yes. And great coffee all the time. Read more
I stopped in, late afternoon, on my way to a meeting to get a drink. I waited at the counter for at least 10 min before giving... up and leaving. At one point the girl working the drive through acknowledges seeing me, but continued taking several drivethruorders and never came over, during that time another worker showed up behind the counter, I assume starting his shift, but healso never acknowledged me. ???????????????? Decent food. Got our drink order on, but they quickly fixed it. If you are turning off the Main Street, beware of the curb... between the incoming and outgoing lines. It looks like a big opening, but there is actually a raised curb. I hit it with mytire. Blends into the driveway into the parking lot. Read more
I would have a full 5 star but I have had a couple mess ups but it's ok. The staff of really great here. Cool peoples
