Employee gave me two Arby sauce packets I asked if I could get a few more and he told me he would have to charge me a dollar. I... said OK whatever. So now workers are charging for Sauce and just pocketing the money. That?s not cool.. Yeah he charged me adollar for two packets but in reality those packets are free and should come with my meal. If you give me two and I asked fortwo more what?s the problem. I called and talked to a manager and she told me they are not allowed to do that. Which I kind offigured. Read more
I know Arby's is Arby's right. U always go for the classic menu. But today I stopped at this location and I couldn't not come... here to leave a review. This Arby's had a young man working the drive thru that was just so phenomenal. I've never had such goodservice from this or any fast food establishment. He was so polite and took the time to make his customers feel warm andwelcome. Even if ur order had been messed up (which mine wasnt) u wouldn't have been upset. Left no question about my mealunanswered and gave an old fashion feel to service w a smile. They gave me my order with only meat and bread, no toppings, no cheese, no sauce. Good, but check your order before driving off.

These guys are probably doing their best, but for MONTHS they only have 2-3 employees working. Three cars ahead of me last... night. I sat in the drive thru for 10+ minutes before they even took my order. I got 3 fairly simple meals. They asked me topull around. I got my food 25 minutes later, as everybody else that came through the drive thru drove past me. Every Arby's I'veever been to is slow, and this one is no exception. But 35+ minutes to get food is just unacceptable, especially when nobodyelse has to wait. Orders should be filled as they are taken, nobody should be waiting this long. Ordered the Crispy Chicken Ranch sandwich. Did not know it was made with a tender instead of a breast. Mostly breading almost... no meat. Mostly lettuce and I waited 15 minutes for it. Happening more and more at Arby's. Threw it away after bun fell apartwhile trying to chew through the tough tender. Read more
Purchased 3 meals this evening and two of them weren?t edible. The chicken tasted old the fries and cheese sticks were cold.
