They always screw up my order, but I'm not gonna *not* eat there, because it's cheap and tastes pretty good.
I just couldn't with the filthy environment. We don't eat out much and when we do I expect it to look decent and umm the food... wasn't wrapped right. 5hwy were all gossiping and having fun which is nice to be able to work and have fun but business isbusiness. There was a black female she was rude saying inappropriate stuff in the back staring at us while she ate in thekitchen lol check cameras for Monday September 5th 845 to 930 pm ish.. other than that cistomer service was great.. here's somepictures I took.. zoom in if you like. Took 40 minutes for the manager to tell me to get a refund and go through drive thru. 15 people in the lobby waiting for their... food they already ordered while I was in there. 30 cars through the drive thru got their food but not a single person insidedid. Managers excuse was drive thru is more important than sitting customers. Read more
I really like the food when it's correct. I always try to order online so I know there isn't a communication error of items I... want taken off due to allergies and it still comes out wrong. The people are always friendly and quick. I just don't feelconfident ordering the more expensive items if they always come out inedible for me. Read more
Let?s start at the atmosphere, yes I understand it?s a Taco Bell. But, it was dirty. Service was terrible, asked the guy for a... cup when he handed me my food and he froze and just stared at me like he?d never been asked a question before. They forgot anitem, at this point complaining was just not an option. Food was thrown together like I was a rabbit. Lettuce,Lettuce,Lettuce. Ilove Taco Bell, but this location is the WORST. If there were more vegetarian options around town, I would not continue to eat here. Taco Bell in Fairbanks is not like stores... in other cities. In the 17 years I have lived here, the service and quality have been inconsistent. Orders are frequently wrong.Managers make promises to correct mistakes or give coupons but never follow through. Most employees are rude and act as ifproviding any type of customer service is too difficult for them to manage. If you can find another place to eat, you should. Read more
Staff were super friendly and efficient, bathrooms were clean, food was good as always and cheap. Pretty much the only... vegetarian fast food that is widely available. This location had the self order kiosks too. Read more
