I used the online ordering in hopes to save a little time. However when I went to pick up the sandwiches, it wasn't clear... whether I was supposed to stay in line with all the other sandwich orders, or just go to the cashier. Staff wasn't necessarilyunhelpful, but think it should be incorporated by asking if anyone is there to pick up an online and paid-for order. When I didwait for all the other sandwiches in line, my sandwiches were ready but the chips I picked out and drinks were not. Maybe it wasover expectation that those things would be picked out and ready to go. So in summary, I like the idea but I thought it wouldsave time and it did not. Read more

The sandwiches are delicious and the ladies working there were very fast and courteous. The store was clean and well kept.
While I normally love eating a subway, I did not have a great experience this time. The employees were friendly but with only... one person in line ahead of me it still took 10 mins before I was helped because three of the four employees on staff weremessing around in the back. While making the sandwich for the customer in front of me who had hot bacon on his sandwich, theemployee accidentally dumped it in the tomatoes and just laughed it off. I do not eat meat so this is an issue to have what theemployee called the "bacon flavored tomatoes". Then two of the employees decided to come out from behind the counter to "clean"but one ended up jumping up and sitting on the high counter near the sub station and loudly joked around with the other. Like Isaid I normally love coming here and the long time employee that was there was great to me. But man, not the best experiencethis time. Read more
