Had reservations. Got seated immediately Salad was so fresh. Filet was cooked perfect. And the meat is top notch. Halibut was... good and baked potato was cooked just right. Elizabeth was our server and she was fantastic. So friendly and always smiling.Such a nice touch to our last evening in Alaska. And Kudos to Shawn for pointing us in this direction. Read more
Promptly seated at our reservation time. Service was very good. Food was decent, need to keep it hot when serving.
Expensive? Yes. But you get what you pay for and the service + quality + experience is worth every penny. -- Loud? Yes, at peak... times, but for the style of restaurant and no dress code, its acceptable and its a sign of a successful eatery. -- Wait times?Yes-ish, but 2 hours total for apps, entree, dessert, drinks and coffee and no kids flew by with my bride. Enjoy your company.-- Delicious? Absolutely. Been here three times in last 2 years and have never been disappointed. We ordered fish thinking it would be fresh and well cooked however the halibut and the salmon (especially the salmon) was well... overdone. The flavours were decent, but I couldn't get passed how dry the fish was. The Margarita seemed to be from a mix andwas way too salty. We left with it unfinished. The soup and salad were decent. I heard so many good reviews of this restaurant so we decided to try it. I am in love! The chefs know their flavors! We ordered... Crab, Chicken Champignon, and steak and we loved them all! The steak was exceptionally delicious! Ceasar salad was the best I?vehad yet! Desserts were phenomenal. The food made our hearts so happy! I am 9 months pregnant and wasn?t comfortable at the tablethey sat us at, so we asked for a different table and they made it work even though it was a very busy night. Our first night in Alaska we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious. The halibut was so fresh and flaky.... We got the appetizer version and it was plentiful. We also tried the artichoke and crab dip. It was so good it didn't last for aphoto! The French onion was rich and flavorful. My son liked his beef tips and my daughter gave the mac and cheese an 8/10.Overall it we throughly enjoyed our meals. Read more
Tucked away in the Springhill Suites, this place is a good place to eat. They're always busy but know how to host. The food is... always good, never having a bad meal yet. Update: Came back tonight to try the salmon. As expected was delicious! Everyone inmy party enjoyed their meal. Our server, Shelby, was prompt and always timely. Changing to 5 stars. Great upscale lounge and restaurant. Decor is up to date and food and service is fantastic. Lauren did a great job looking after... us. We had the potato crusted salmon with a side salad and the scallops with spinach and capers. So delicious. Cocktails andbeer were very good too. I would recommend sitting on the dining side as the hood vents in the kitchen do not clear out thekitchen smells so we had that smell on our clothes after we left.
