This 5 stars specifically give to the young lady who served us just right before the restaurant closed today. We arrived at 8:56... and didn?t expect it to be open. But it did and the lady was very patient and welcoming. Also shout out to the hardworkingemployees working until the last minute there. Read more
I rarely go to kfc but I figured why not give it a shot so I went inside because I knew I needed time to look at the menu and... make up my mind. Well, upon arrival an employee asked me what I wanted and I said one moment. I then figured he could help meout so I told him that all I wanted was chicken, gravy and biscuits. He proceeded to ask me questions about it in such anunprofessional and motone voice. I coukd tell he did not like working there and to that I say "find a new job" seriously. Justbecause you're in a bad mood does not mean you get to treat your customers or anykne this poorly. Anyway, ofc I was onlyordering for myself so I thought that it was going to be cheap but it was around $25. The employee was no help to me and hecharged me so much for three things! What I ordered vs what I got. (along with Dr peppers, but no straws) so basically my drinks were right but nothing else was. You... can see my receipt has my name and my order on it, but the order said it would take 40-50 minutes and it said it was ready inless than five minutes. I'd be willing to bet that they printed my order receipt and slapped it on the wrong bag. Read more
Worse dinner ever! Had to throw away most chicken, hard biscuits and bad mash potato gravy. The pic shows some black stuff?... Inside the fried chicken. Gross. Expensive. They get one star for good root beer. You would be better off going to the grocerystore deli. Read more
Maybe I am living in an alternate dimension than the naysayers, because I come here to get bulk orders to be put on a plane to... my home village. They have been consistently great. Great customer service and food served hot and fresh. Orders are correct,each and every time. Come over to my dimension and expect the best. We are fortunate to have this option, and it?s fun to getKFC in the village and these hard workers over here get it done and with a friendly authentic Alaskan attitude.
