Very small lot. Access in and out is alright but navigating around the lot is tight. Hopefully they buy the lot with the burned... down hotel next door and expand to make it normal size gastation lot. Air compressor is frequently down. Staff is friendly.Given the load of foot traffic from the schools and nearby apartments and postal customers the staff does wonderful keeping thestore clean. A bigger back room is obviously needed as the sales exceeds deliveries that they have room to take. Really need toexpand this location desperately! That?s my only reason for downgrading by one star. The staff and customers deserve a largeroperation as does the staff and customer base on Cushman. I am only a customer not an employee. Making these comments unpromptedon everyone?s behalf. Very good convenience store. Good breakfast foods. Always hot. My favorite is the sausage wrapped in waffle. Only item without... cheese. Good selection of drinks too. Staff is always willing to help especially when checkout line forms. Read more

We landed at 1:30 am and it was the first thing we found open after driving for a bit, everything else was closed. They were so... nice and had the essentials we needed for our first night at our Airbnb. If you come in late to Fairbanks this is the place tostop! Read more

I live out in the woods and depend on my propane to keep me warm...holiday is one of the very few places in town that is open... 24hrs and when i ran out of propane around 2am and called to see if holiday would refill or exchange my tank two holidays saidthat they couldn't refill or exchange my tank because they dont do it after 11pm and won't be able to do it until 7am and thethird holiday I was told by the employee in the phone that they cant do it because "they just cant"....whatever that means. Mypoint is if holiday is 24hrs the customers should be able to have access to all of holidays services 24hrs aswell...disappointed and had to sit at home cold until I was able to get propane Read more

Horrible experience and won?t patronize the again. I could be wrong, but EVERY other gas station I have ever been to you can... park in front of the store next to the building parallel to the gas pumps. I pulled up to return a redbox and decided to parkalongside of the building instead of block a fuel pump. There were no signs stating ? no parking? yet I was told through theloudspeaker to move my vehicle and that I couldn?t come into the store until I did. Again I wasn?t in a no parking zone and justalongside the building. When I went inside and explained I was returning a Redbox again I was informed that I need to leave thestore and can not enter until I move my car. I returned the redbox and then was trespassed by the manager for ? endangering thelives and health? of the employees in the building because I left my car running. It was -17 out and was supposed to be a 30second transaction. Not only do I drive past this location at least twice a day and there are cars parked there all the time; Ialso used to buy my gas there. As I drove past later that evening on my way home there was a car parked there. No one told themthat they couldn?t patronize until they moved. Due to being trespassed I parked acrossed the street at the post office to see ifthey were treated in a similar fashion. Not only were they not, they were parked in the same spot as I, and had their enginerunning the entire time. Today as I write this I have driven past the location twice and each time there were cars parked inthe same location. I?m not one to pull the race card, but it really is starting to look like a clear case of discrimination. It?s nonsense. IF this is the policy at this station: 1. You should put up signs, like you have in the back out lining what isallowed. 2. Dont yell at a customer over the loudspeaker and make a scene when they come in, exercise some interpersonal skillsand approach the customer differently. 3.Be consistent with your policy and don?t discriminate Read more

Always have what I need, dog treat and soda wise. But there is one employee that never smiles, tends to shake carbonated drinks... and roughly throws everything in a bag. Its quite frustrating but I'm happy to be in and out. Read more

I frequently get drinks and gas from here and I'm always satisfied. The employees are always friendly and I can always find my... favorite drinks. Much better than the other Holidays in Fairbanks. Read more
