Literally awful service. They messed up our doordash order & so we drove there to pick up the items they forgot. They refused to... give us the item they forgot even though we showed the receipt and had proof of payment. They said we needed to pay for itagain. Everyone else in there finally understood that we didn?t need a refund we just needed what we paid for and they forgot.One of the cooks came up and argued with us that we still needed to pay for it & was refusing to give us the food. The pizza itself was good. But there's a disconnect between the customising options on their website and what they end up... making/the receipt. Ended up with the wrong sauce and not realising until trying it at home, immensely disappointing. Read more
The pizza I ordered was not what I received. I ordered peperoni, olive, mushroom and pineapple. What I received was green... pepper, mushroom and pineapple. Door Dash was amazing on getting a refund since Great Alaska Pizza wouldn't fix the order andredeliver it. The pizza itself was good. Crust was definitely homemade. Sauce was a bit bland however. The person on the phone was rude when taking my wife's order. I went inside to pick up the pizza and I asked the guy "how's your... day going?" and he starts telling me that he's having a bad day, etc etc. I don't think a customer wants to hear those things.Disappointed with the service.
