I love the cause behind Firehouse and the contributions back to First Responders. However, the meat used for the Steak and... Cheese is not the same as most locations...it was not very appealing, although the sandwich did taste okay. I felt as though themeat was a little skimpy compared to all the others locations I've been to as I always go to one when available. Read more
Always good sandwiches. Depends on the day when you get a full crew or not so the time it takes could be a little bit. Mainly... since they get a lot of business. ???? Read more
I (and I assume most people) believed that when ordering a sandwich, the description and picture with all ingredients is what... the product would include when received. I now practice extra caution when ordering anything including toppings. When ordering aburger from McDonald?s, you expect all toppings. When ordering a sandwich from the tropical deli, you have a paper to circlewhich toppings you would like. When going to Subway, they ask ?which toppings would you like?? . The point I am making is whengiven the option (like subway) you know what you are getting. When ordering from McDonald?s, you know the toppings on theburger. It behooves me then that when not given the toppings choice option (subway), and the picture has the preselectedtoppings listed, that I would not get my sandwich with anything more than turkey and cheese. The entirety of the concept was aSwiss and mushroom sandwich with turkey, yet no mushrooms. I can bare the punishment of eating a non delightful monstrositythrown on a sandwich roll, however my wife cannot. The sandwich she received was barren, a cold and melancholy scene of dismaland disinterest laid out on a bread roll. As she opened the box with joyful eyes the flame in her heart went out. They hadforgotten all toppings, all trust, all faith in her once in those tomatoes had now ceased to exist. All hope in her mind thather sandwich would be the highlight of her day, the thing to turn her around and make that frown into a smile once again rise, gone in a flash. As I drove home I was left with but three questions. Why did firehouse allow this to happen to me? Why turn aman?s wife against him as if these missing veggies were his fault? Lastly, how could a fellow human be so rotten as to not giveanother human his veggies? Thank you for your hard work firehouse, please add your toppings. My wife also said she got nomayo. What a shame. Read more
Ordered two sandwiches online. A large club on white extra mayo and a NY steamer extra meat on white. Total cost 32.58. This is... what we got. Both sandwiches had an unwrapped pickle spear on top of the bread. The club had no bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomatoor onion. The NY steamer had no provolone cheese or Italian dressing. When I entered the shop to pick up at 4 pm mine was theonly order in the rack, and the 3 employees were to busy doing nothing to even tell me that they were out of things and give methe chance to substitute. I know things are tough for restaurants but Firehouse, you have got to do better. Read more

The general manager at this location has terrible customer service. He gets visibly irritated and throws his head back in... annoyance when you come in 30 mins till close and did the same to 2 other customers that came in after me. He also snapped athis female cashier for "questioning her general manager" and embarrassing him. All of the other workers were very nice though. Read more
