Ice cream was good. Service was okay. My zero dollar tip on my receipt was "mistaken" for an $8 tip, no receipt was offered to... me. Contacted the store, manager wasn't sure how to refund the tip, contacted the store owner. While trying to refund my card,cashier charged another $8. In the end, I was given $16 in cash. Read more

Great costumer service from the employees. The wait was extremely long though. The only reason for the 4 stars was because of... the wait. Things seem to be getting more tidy at the store from when I went last. They were very enthusiastic and quite theconversation starters lol! Will be going back! Read more
I am alittle curious why the management and owners are okay with having an employee who wears pajamas to work. I would give... higher reviews and wanted to give one star for this reason alone. But because the other kids were attentive and awesome I gaveit three. I come here frequently and her attitude walking in off whatever break was as bad as her appearance. If she cared asmuch about her presentation as her hot pink pig tails she might be a promising employee. Read more
Unprofessional service. My sister ordered a cake for my mother?s birthday, she paid a day in advance and even left a tip. The... next day AT PICK UP TIME- they call my sister and tell her they had sold the cake to someone else. Yes they have other deliciouscakes to choose from but it?s the point that matters. The cake I ordered was beautiful and tasted wonderful. Ready to pick up on time and exceeded expectations. Only giving 4 stars... because customer service wasn't the best. We live stone cold, but, it tears our stomach up, they must add lactose, so we have stopped go. I can live with store bought ice... cream and save $10 for each trip. Read more
