Just moved to Fairbanks, my wife and my daughter were craving for chinise food. We choose to pick this restaurant, but the lady... on the counter was very rude. Not just to me but for many clients coming to order. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhereelse. What bother me the most was she yelling at an elder. First impression matters. Edit: 3/31/21 I ordered from here about 3 to 4 weeks ago again, as I normally did once every 2 weeks, and my food was... disgusting ... RAW CHICKEN... I opened up my sesame chicken meal, noticed a long thin tendon as I picked up the chicken to putit on my plate... I shrugged it off, sometimes they use scrap meat... Well I tried to continue on, when I picked up the meat toeat I noticed the texture was different. I cut it to see, RAW! I was so grossed out. I called to tell them and they did not seemto concerned. I drove back to get another order... They didn't applogize or act shocked that they gave me raw chicken! I tookthe replacement food and went home. The new batch was cooked, but the meat looked like scrap meat and I was so grossed out fromthe raw chicken I threw it all away. I have not gone back since. I was a regular, but noticed it started slipping, I shruggedit off... But raw chicken could kill someone it make them severely sick. I also couldn't believe how they didn't really seem tocare. Makes me question how clean they are and their sanitary practices. I now order from hot pot from across thestreet. Below is my prior review from a few months ago, at the time I have a better review.: This place is pretty consistentwith their food not 100% but pretty close. The vegetables are always fresh, the food's always fresh. I love their fried rice andsesame chicken. Also, their large shrimp mixed vegetables is really good. I used to not like their soups but my last order Itried their hot and sour again and it was really good somehow they changed it. I also like your vegetable lo mein If you callin for pick up there literally ready 5 minutes later, deliveries the standard 45 minutes. My takeout order is correct 9.5 timesout of 10! Quick service and affordable prices. Had the Kung Pao Chicken and Coconut Shrimp. Our food came out in about 5 minutes from the... time we ordered. Although the portion sizes were great, the food was not as tasty as expected. Kung Pao Chicken was a little onthe salty side, while the Coconut Shrimp sauce was a bit too sweet. Read more
I enjoy getting my Chinese food from here and only here, the inside is questionable but I understand the building is super old!
