Walked in to the Round Table store and I could see the employee ?Gannon? was busy. It did not matter, he acknowledged me... immediately, and told me he would be just a minute. The new management has made a turn for the worst! We are now in search of a new family pizza spot. My family and I have been... going here about once a month for a while now. We always loved it. New management came in and bought a bunch of TVs and slappedon a new coat of paint. Great. Whatever they did staffing wise is Horrible! The service is bad, rude and very slow. The personconversations they have never suffer though. I'm sorry my patronage at the place you are employed is such a burden. Tonight Ihad to ask for everything and got a lot of attitude in return. When I asked for some clean plates I was told "I'll check, we areall busy making pizzas and don't have time to do dishes". I sure that comment had something to do with the fact that I had askedmultiple time if the were going to make anything that wasn't spicy. When I informed her my kids were eating off napkins shehuffed and brought out 2 plates. Myself and many others customers had to move dirty dishes and wipe tables with napkins becausehalf the tables were full of dirty dishes. I would rate the pizza at 5 stars, but with the prices factored in, its a bit extreme and thus my 3 star rating. A extra large... pepperoni with extra cheese for take out will run about 32 dollars ir so. Seems more than a little excessive for any pizza. Inregards to the people working there, no complaints. I went to get a gift card from This Roundtable and the employee DANNY was absolutely amazing. He was super pleasant and sweet.... Amazing how I was only in there for a few minutes and his personality shined thru. I wish more folks in the world were likeDanny. He is a absolute Gem of representation of this location. Read more
