the food here is usually fresh, but i ordered a meal through uber eats and they gave it to a doordash driver, then when my... driver showed up they refused to make my order for her to deliver stating it had already been picked up despite the drivercalling me to confirm my order details and identity. marked that i got other because so far i didn't get any food or a refund.Edit: uber cancelled the order and when i tried to call jack in the box to make sure that i wouldn't be charged they let thephone ring out for a while then picked it up and hung it up on me. i recommend going the extra distance to the other locationoff of greenback. and the link that jack in the box provided is nonfunctional, their contact support page just gives an errorand loads a missing page message.
