7.1.22-Fast service. Update-10.5.22 - Carl's Jr is the ONLY fast food place that I will ever spend my money at. Because the... prices are so high, I can only go with coupons. I really love how they will take multiple coupons at every visit. The food isalways delicious and they have HUGE burgers! I can feed my family of 6 using 3 coupons, all for $22 bucks! Read more

Came here Friday night 9/23/22 to indulge in my western bacon cheeseburger addiction I allow myself maybeonce a month Upon driving up you could see a worker cleaning the lobby area, which is nice to see people who care about theirjob I ordered a double western and it was the juiciest version and best version of this burger I?ve ever had. It been a while since I have been to Carl's or a fast food store. I try and buy from the grocery store. Needless to say I was... surprised at the cost of my order. I got 2 meals, #6and #11. OMG, it was 27 dollars. So very unhappy. Without a coupon I willnot be eating there. Shame on you fast food store, Carl's.. I dought I'm the only one that feels this way. Read more
First off I'd like to say that the food is excellent. Second I would like to thank Joshua for his customer service he was above... and beyond he went out of his way to clarify my order which is a difficult one and I really appreciate that, he made sure thatthe order was made correctly. Great job Joshua thank you very much for your great customer service. His joyful attitude andsmile and just overall professional attitude was a nice refresher to what I'm used to in a Drive-Thru I will definitely bereturning just because of him. Read more
So they get a 3 because customer service was good. However they packed my entire order which included. Famous star with cheese a... large size meal which was lg. Onion rings and a thick burger which comes in a box holder. So guess what happen when I waswalking up to my door with the food?? Lost everything with the exception of the thick burger well because it was boxed. So Iordered onion rings not french fries. Bad mistake. When I was picking them off the ground I counted 6 onion rings yes 6. Moralof a story always get french fries for the cost. $10.00 meal SMH... Now everything cost me 19.04 and I got a thickburger. Makesure they pack your food correctly. You can see the split in bag where it all went down from there. Read more
This location, is your quintessential Carl's, which is located in a area with little direct competition, no other fast food... restaurants, other than coffee shops, including a Starbucks, are in the area. Even at 7am on a Sunday I was greater warmly atthe drive through. The lobby is unremarkable and I have not eaten inside in years. Good spot for food on the way to or fromOrangevale, Fair Oaks, and Carmichael. Worth noting is that a High School ( Bella Vista) is just down the street this can leadto traffic near the location before and after school. Read more
