Had a really fantastic falafel in a pita here. I could honestly say it was the best I've had in the US, it tasted just like... falafel in Israel. The owner is a really nice guy, and I enjoyed chatting with him while he fried up my falafel and fries fresh.I walked out with a steaming hot sandwich done to perfection, and am looking forward to coming back again. Good fast-food joint. Quick service, good shwarma. Would prefer a little more variety of salads, but overall a good experience.... Happy to come again. Update 2022-09-20 Came in for lunch in a group of 3 today, got fresh schwarma and great salads, alwayshappy to come back here, we very much enjoy this place. A pita, a laffa, a a plate and a couple drinks cost around $55-60, veryreasonable, especially considering the quality. Read more

I met my sister and great nephew here for lunch. We had two shawarma in pita, and one falafel in pita. All items were tasty... and we had Israeli salad with the meal. It?s been many years since I last had shawarma and I was impressed by how tasty andmoist the meat was. The website shows a dining room, but only a counter is in the store. We were able to sit next to eachother, so it wasn?t a problem. The photo was taken on the way out, after many customers had the shawarma. Read more

I ordered a couple of pita sandwiches on grubhub and it was horrid. I'm not sure if they simply do not know how to package a... sandwich for delivery (I would have had to assemble my own from the included ingredients which is nuts with a pita). perhapsdining in this restaurant is a wonderful experience. But the meat tasted unappetizing to me and didn't seem to be grilled? Iwound up throwing out the whole thing and ordering a second lunch. from somewhere else. My advice - avoid. Read more

The best thing I had was the shawarma. I also had some nice eggplant and beef cigars, and acceptable hummus and falafel.

This place is amazing! Hands down some of the best food I?ve ever had. I?m a professional chef and extremely picky and I?ve... never had something from there I didn?t love. The people there are lovely and sweet. I don?t even live in NJ anymore butwhenever I?m home my husband and I make it a point to stop by there and get some chicken shawarma. My sister even had her bridalshower there before they closed down the spare room because of COVID and everyone was raving about the food. Love this place somuch! ???? Read more

I was looking for something kosher for my client and stumbled on this spot. I called in and the man at first seemed upset about... something but as we spoke he got more pleasant. I told him what I was looking for and he said he would have everything set forme at my budget for the next day. When I arrived I parked on the street. I walked in and told one man I was picking up. The manthat took my order came to ring me up at the price he told me and thanked me. I left and dropped off the meal and ate mineafter. I got the falafel platter and it was tasty and filling. Not a bad experience at all. Read more
