Understaffed , drive through is closed. Place is dirty. Workers do t care about anything. Expect to wait 39 to 49 minutes for... your order to be complete on a slow day. Smells inside as well. Read more
If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered and waited. Someone else came in and ordered. We both waited at the pick up... counter for a few minutes. His order came out, he assumed it was mine but I had read the label and could see it was his. Atthis point, 10 minutes had passed and they were struggling with an order of a brown sugar foam cold brew. I requested a refundand ordered from a nearby Starbucks. This is easily the worst Dunkin' in the entire area. Anywhere else you go and order flavored coffee you get 3-4 shots. Here... you'll get 1 shot, 1 milk or cream and 1 sugar unless you hold them by the hand. Consistently bad experience. Read more
The first Dunkin' donuts that I went there and they didn't serve breakfast sandwich when they open I was upset
Tried to order the stuffed bagel minis and the cashier just stared at me and didn?t say a word so I tried pointing to them on... the menu and she told me no. Then tried to order a bagel with cream cheese. She pointed to the croissant and I showed her whichwas the bagel. Another employee then came over and handed me my bagel. We have always came to this Dunkin. For years. Today was the last day. The Indian lady who works there (I asked for her name and... was told nope not giving you my name). The most racist facility. Told my sister and her service dog to get out and they can?t behere. How ignorant and insensitive. I asked the other employee for her name and he gave me a fake name and lied and goes why youneed it. Great employees great service and what not many dunkin have fresh coffee especially the decafe. Highly recommended
Stopped at this Dunkin Donuts today in my travels; all I can say is this place is pretty dirty !
