They should talk less and work more. I went there after a while new crew I see, they are so loud and obnoxious talking about... personal stuff. One of the better Dunkins in the area even though it doesn?t have a drive-through. They read the inside and modernized it into... the new look. More of a coffee shop vibe now. This one actually knows how to make your order correctly. Read more
Whoever owns this place should thank god they have staff that they do. I have never experienced a more efficient crew.... Every-time i order in store or over the app its ready within a minute or two. They are so happy and we go out of our way everymorning to stop here to get our coffee. Read more

I?ve tried calling this Dunkin location directly to place a complaint but it seems the number is not working. The other day my... husband and I drove to this Dunkin around 8:30pm because we were both craving a chai latte after a long day with the kids. Wellthis young lady lied to us and said that it is a discontinued drink item and that Dunkin no longer makes it. We got theimpression that she lied because she was too lazy to make it for us and wanted to go back to hanging out with her boyfriendwhile on the clock. We had to drive further from home to a different Dunkin where we were told this is an all year drink item.Management you need to take care of this because there is no reason why an employee should be lying to customers just becausethey want to be hanging out on the clock!
