Worst experience! One star is too many. Took my son there to get a cheese pizza for his birthday. Took over 20 minutes to get... our order taken. And it was not that busy! After 1 hour I went to the counter to check to see how much longer. The girl wentback to check and 5 minutes later she still had not come back. Finally a gentleman seated at a table in the front asked if Ineeded something. I explained that I was checking on my food. He went in the kitchen and comes back to tell me that my pizzaburned up and they?ll need to make another one. No apologies or anything. Just that it would be another 15-20 minutes. I don?tusually complain unless I feel like it?s necessary. This was so disappointing! We left. Went to the grocery store and endedup with a frozen pizza. Never again! Read more
My wife and I just stopped in here and most likely the worst dining experience we?ve ever had. We were sat at our table and... we?re given menus and did not see our waitress for another fifteen minutes. After we ordered it was another 20 minutes until wereceived our food. The sandwich my wife received was nothing like the description of the sandwich in the menu. My pizza was wellover cooked with burnt edges and hard as a rock. We waited again another 20 minutes to receive a bill. Finally my wife walkedout and I reluctantly approached the front to ask for a manager to speak to. I was told there was no management present. Does it really take over 45 minutes to make a mini pizza and an appetizer of fried okra? I also thought the appetizer was... suppose to come out before the food but neither showed up. I watched everyone around me get their food, eat, pay, and leave!You're better off just going to subway. Read more
My wife and I ordered 3 x-large pepperoni pizzas, a large meat, and a large cheese bread pizza to go. When we went to pick up... the order my wife noticed it said cheeseburger instead of cheese bread. So she spoke up. When the cashier told the cook he saidhe didn't have enough dough and tell her to make up her mind. Once we got our food we decided we will not go back. Absolutely the greasiest cheese bread I've ever seen in my life. My girlfriend set the cheese bread box and pizza box on the... dash for a moment and it literally poured out a pool of Grease on the dash from the box, at least 4 oz of Grease dumped out onthe dash that I had to clean up. I ate the cheese bread and it tasted pretty good, she refused to eat it due to how greasy itwas. The pizza dough seemed to be undercooked and most got thrown away. We ordered ahead while we were still in Springfield andstill had to wait probably 15 minutes or so once arriving for the food to be ready to go. This was towards closing time sopossibly things were just not very good since they were about to close, I might be willing to try it again but I'm pretty suremy girlfriend would not be willing to give it another shot.
