I had the worst service I have ever experienced at a McDonalds. I waited a long time for my order and when I was able to ask... someone about my order I realized that they already had it ready. Then I had to wait again to ask for the coffee creams thatthey didn't give me and the lady I asked got angry and didn't bring them to me. I had to ask a guy, who seemed to be the bestout there. They are supposed to give you four creams for each coffee and they had to give me sixteen but they only gave meeight. Read more
Stopped by after work around 8:30 pm ordered 2 cactus plant flea market boxes. Fries were extremely cold and hard, and to make... things worse both boxes were missing the toys! My wife told the girl three times her order, and they still got it wrong. Didn?t know until we left. The hell of it is, I always... go inside even to order to go. So mixups Don occur. Check your to go order always. Read more
This place has irresponsible employees that show no respect for others, specially the elderly. Make sure you get your order... perfect the 1st time or else they'll make you go to the end of the line and try to reorder and tell you "you can't order becauseyou were rude and deny services to you. Not recommend. Plus bathrooms are very dirty. Shouldn't pass OSHA regulations. Read more
Food was good. Workers need to do better with answering the drive thru and look at the damn order before you hand out the bag so... the CUSTOMERS aren't missing food and when told about it, DON'T ask to see the receipt! I am STILL at the window and have NOTdrove off. You can pull up the last handful of orders and see what was ordered compared to what the CUSTOMER is showing you whatthey have!! Read more
Was served a raw burger. When advised manager, she just walked away without an apology or any word whatsoever. Came back a... couple minutes later, still no apologies for uncooked food and I had to request a replacement meal. Read more
