District manager is rude with an attitude when you ask a question. Rec cold dried up grease snack n bacon and she says that?s... how it comes and that?s Dunkin? standard other manager says if other places are different then they are doin it wrong. They were quick and the coffee was perfect just the way I asked.
I cannot get a consistent cup of coffee from DD. It's not this particular address alone. The coffee is burnt tasting like it has... been on the heating pad for hours or seems to be poured mid-brew, or it's tepid. Very seldom will my nearly $3.00 buy a cup ofcoffee that is enjoyable. So I do not visit unless I have no other choice. I now go to market basket to buy DD dark roastcoffee (which isn't offered at franchise locations now, dumb) and make my own. It seems that this brand is working very hard torid itself of serving coffee. It worked for me. Read more
I drive a large truck and this location regularly shuts down the counter inside the gas station. There is a sign blocking the... counter that says use the app or the drive through. I will not download the app and I will not take a 40 foot long truck throughthe drive through. Not very good customer service. Read more
I've had two bad experiences at this place I'm not going to lie. But Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. I came here and whichever... crew is on right now is the best crew they have at this place. Exceptional customer service. And I keep coming here because Ilike it I like dunkin' donuts. It's what I have in my Keurig at home. But when I run out of milk I come here. Whoever the bigguy is in the window and the young lady that served me today twice because I spilled my first latte. They gave me a bunch ofpaper towels and saved my day. Those two employees are great. They are the valuable types of workers that everybody wants towork for them and represent your business. Have a blessed day. Read more
Was refused service at the inside counter by the Manager working the morning shift. I drive a box truck that doesn?t fit in the... drive through. I was told to not come back if I didn?t like it. Not a great advocate for the company he works for nor thecustomers he?s supposed to serve. Avoid this Dunkin at all cost if you drive a truck or if you want to avoid terrible service. Read more
I love dunk's but this location is absolutely terrible! I ordered ahead through the app before I left home this morning, upon... arrival I still had to wait awhile for my coffee to be made. It was probably around 10 extra minutes of waiting in the storebefore it was handed to me. Bad attitudes from the staff when they are busy as well, I know how badly it stinks to be behind onorders but be a little more professional about it. The food is prepared great some days and not so good others, it's the samefor my drinks as well. Read more
