Such a good option for late night eats. My cashier was very friendly and thoughtful. I appreciated her professionalism and... upbeat manner. By far, the worst Burger King I've ever been to. The first bad experience we chalked up to a fluke, the second too. Now that... we've ordered from there at least 6-7 times and we've NEVER had a good meal from them, it's safe to say they are just terrible.The bread is always old and dry, the meat is never fresh, the fries are always cold and the service leaves something be desired.I don't know if maybe this particular franchise owner just takes food cost saving measures to an extreme or what, but the old,cold food is disgusting. I came in today and was greeted by a very rude young girl who seemed asian mixed. The man at the front was very kind and had my... order done within 3 minutes. Unfortunately before I left, I felt very uncomfortable by the way the female employee was speakingabout other customers dining in. I expected a good hawaiian burger king experience and was greeted with horrible hospitality. Ibelieve the name was "Sopia" but I am not sure. I RECCOMMEND that she should not work customer service. They had a good special on the BK Fish that my parents like and I enjoyed a double burger myself. We had a fun lunch together.... My parents like their burgers/sandwiches because it has a lot of veggies! Freshly thick cut of tomatoes, lettuce andpickles. I usually like this Burger King because everything I order is nice,fresh and hot but yesterday November 3,2022 at around 2:30... p.m. it was a different story. I came to the drive thru after my dialysis treatment to get some lunch and was happy with what Iordered until I got home and started to eat it. The large regular fries were overly salty and for some reason the chicken hadthe same overly salty taste. I paid $16.35 for my order and had to throw most of it away because it was just too salty. I won?tbe going back to this Burger King but am disappointed because it?s so close to my home. This was the first time I?ve experiencedthis and I was sad and disappointed because the food was always so good except for yesterday. Read more
