Be aware this place automatically charges you a 15% service fee. So with a tip and service fee, you will be paying 30%-35%. ... The food was okay. It was served quickly and it was hot. Drinks ordered was average. Waitress was outstanding and on point. Shedeserved a 20% tip. I will not be returning to this establishment because of the automatic service charge. There is noexplanation for what this charge covers. This practice from a certain group is very disrespectful and deceiving. It has nothingto do with the pandemic. Read more

Have they earned the name Saucy Crab? Of that there can be no doubt, their sauce's seem like they're not pre made and even if... they are I don't care who made them they earn their check that day. The menu is very traditional and classical as far as whatyou would expect from places like fish fries and crab shacks often found in places like Louisiana or as novelties in Californiasea areas. However they seem to be under new management or the owner has been slowly adding certain items to the menu that areof an Eastern origin, not that I'm complaining. I wasn't expecting to see fried rice on the menu and you can tell it was arecent addition because the menu could barely fit it, as well as having written in marker you can order some dishes with lowmain noodles. Customer service is 2nd to none, the tables are nice and wrapped, and if you truly enjoyed yourself it has becometradition for people to write positive things or mention that they had a good time on various pieces of wood around thebuilding, but please keep it related to wooden material as you can see in my pictures. They also don't seem to mention it butthey should really advertise that they have gator meat, it might not be a delicacy in places like Louisiana or Florida, but inChicago that kind of meat is rarely found or on a restaurant menu. The only thing they need now to give off a more exotic vibeand hybrid mix of a Louisiana crab shack with some Eastern noodle sprinkles, is the legendary classical traditional dish knownas fried okra you get some of that in and I can promise, people will dip all the sauces in it. I look forward to my next visitand so should you. Read more

The food was very delicious. The service was great. Our server name is Andy (like in toy story). The crawfish was a decent size.... The lobster tail was great. The sauce we got was Pig Soo Wee. Very delicious. I would recommended it. The appetizers was verygreat also. The wings were delicious, a little small but great none the less. It was a very lovely afternoon nobody was there atthe restaurant I felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. I would recommend anybody whom hasn?t tired seafood boil to makethis there first choice. Please see pictures of our food. Read more
