I went to this location 10/25/2022, ordered a Mild Chicken sandwich, small Sprite and a small Fry. Let me say I have gone to... this location many times and it was excellent. The sandwich was horrible absolutely horrible. I used to have to wait in line andwhen I drove up and there were no cars I should have noticed. I was given a receipt that is unreadable. Nothing printed JUSTDOTS AND SMUDGES, couldn't do the online survey. SAVE YOUR MONEY! I WOULDN'T HAVE GIVEN THAT TO A DOG NEVERTHELESS SOLD IT TO APAYING CUSTOMER!!!!!!! This is by far the worst Popeyes I?ve been to. I placed an order for my kids ordering all mild tenders. Nobody said that the... mild tenders were frozen.. Instead, they gave me spicy tenders and thought I wouldn?t notice. Now here I am traveling to anotherPopeyes because my kids don?t eat spicy food. They need to learn how to communicate effectively instead of trying to be fastpaced and handle my out cold and incorrect food. Read more
Got Uber eats and my entire meals was OLD Stale chicken and sides were also stale. Took the entire meal back and the manager... said there kitchen closes at 9pm when the store closes at 11pm. Then had the nerves too tell me it?s not on them it?s on theUber driver? so I said the Uber driver is responsible for stale chicken. So unprofessional. I had to pay for Uber delivery thenget in my car to bring the food back just to hear the manager excuses of serving customers stale chicken and sides. This isunacceptable on so many levels. I?ll never order from this location again. FYI I know businesses are short staff everywhere andI appreciate everyone that shows up for work, but to blame the Uber driver for the freshness of their food is unacceptable. TheUber driver delivers not cook the food that food had been sitting under light for over 2 hrs or more. If they?re closing theirkitchen 2 hours before closing the food isn?t fresh at all I paid $40 bucks for some mess and had to drive back up to therestaurant to get my order made over to get attitude from staff. If I could rate this place a Zero, I would. Customer Service is horrible. I ordered a 3 piece and was given just a two piece.... This happened to me twice. I ordered Cajun Rice, got home and it's Red Beans and Rice. The food is cooked in old grease, notfresh. The sodas are always watered down. This place needs to be shut down. Read more

The cashier at the register at 12:15 pm was super rude, would not give me the free condiments that I asked for instead head me... some grape jelly.
