I have gone to this location for years. Today, I waited 40min for my 5 wing order. When I told the 2 young girls working the... front counter about this, they seemed to think it was funny. In disgust, I flicked my receipt at the dark skinned girl and shetried to act like I shot her. Nevermind that there were other angry customers in the lobby. The young lady India taking the orders was very rude and have poor customer service skills. The customers standing in line to... place their orders and she's not even acknowledging anyone, just standing in looking with a nasty attitude on her face. Shedoesn't say hello or can I help. Then, after we place are order when paying she say cash only when the sign clearly say theyaccept card. She was talking on the phone when placing orders and when picking them up! She was forgetting to give people theirdrinks and coleslaw. This was the most ridiculous experience I have every had, like you guys need to do better. I love this Harold's. My friends and family hot spot. Spend a lot of money. Today was a total shock to say the least. I ordered... over the phone. India ( red braids) takes the order and completely hangs up in my face before I'm done. I picked the food upminutes later, store's empty. I told her about the call and their was not a care in sight. I had to ask for an apology. Sheapologized with a smirk to her coworker with locks. They both walked towards the back. This was a terrible experience. I spendso much money here. To the older lady who takes the order, I appreciate you so much and I love your service. When you hire youngpeople (not all) who don't care how they treat their customers, the company suffers. First off customer service was horrible the lil gurl at the counter attitude was awful.. I asked if she was having a bad day... she said no, was just rude took my order wrong then got mad when she had to make adjustments (smh) then a young lady came to myhelp out she was more presentable but went to say y'all not from out here after I ask sub of fries since I DNT eat cold slawwhich is included in the dinner..I seen this place at the Skydeck museum on the must taste wall. Just bought Two orders for two breast dinners. Once I arrive home warm them up and took a bite and the Salt was very strong. I... can?t take a chance to go there again. Salt is a number one killer. I ate it because I invested to much money to just throw awayand I don?t feel like riding all the way back and argue about quality of product. I will not go back. Read more
