Good luck trying to get there when they're open, which is practically never. It'd be more cost effective for the franchisee and... corporate to close this location permanently then pay staff who don't care and put in the bare minimum at best. If you do manageto order at this location when they're open, expect super long wait times to not even get your full order. Every time I havemanaged to actually order from this location, 4 to 5 times in total in the last year, I have waited 30 minutes minimum, in storemind you, for a simple order, to have it incorrect every time. I hate to leave a bad review for any place, especially because I know people are trying, but something has to change at this... location. The last four times I've gone I have been unable to buy food. The first was in the spring on a snowy day. I walkedover and discovered there lobby was closed due to short staff. No big deal. I walked back to the Shell station and grabbedsnacks instead. The second time I drove. I wasn't about to make the same mistake twice. But this time, they could only takecash. Again, I get it. I tried Wendy's and they had the same problem. Sometimes it happens. Yesterday, I drove over, andalthough there were cars waiting in line to receive their orders I was told "[they would be] closed for the next 30 minutes toreset the line." That seemed odd. Today I went for lunch, and not a single person was there. Nobody. On a Saturday. Doorslocked and lights off at 1:20pm. I understand there are challenges in the industry right now, but somebody needs to adjust howthis store is run to keep employees and customers showing up. Ordered Tacos, there was no meat in two out of three of them just lettuce and cheese. Also had granda nachos no meat on them... either. Called didn't answer phone. Read more
Hours say open 'til 10pm. Pull into drive-through line at 5:50pm. Wait 5 minutes, crawl to front of line. Robot voice says the... location is now closed. They legit decided to close 4 hours early and cut off myself and the multiple cars in line behind me.Absolute trash location. Read more
Wish I could write a better review but it's hard when they are literally never open! If you happen to drive by and they're... open, then consider yourself "lucky". The few times we did manage to get in the drive thu line while they were open, theyeither ran out of key ingredients (what Taco Bell runs out of beans??), made mistakes on our orders (I learned to at leastconfirm the orders in the bag but neglected to check if they actually made the right one, so now I have to check each taco tomake sure... seriously?), or said that there would be a 30 minute wait because they didn't have anyone there to cook the foodjust yet. Went here last night for dinner because my 6 year old requested it and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. This location... has had a hard time hiring and we had a few tries when they were unexpectedly closed a few months ago. This time the line wasfast and employees friendly. I normally hate drive thrus so I was very impressed by Joyce, the employee we interacted with. Shewas positive and friendly during our short interaction and I left in a better mood. Great location for a Taco Bell, but it is NEVER open. Their business hours show 11-2. Haha, not a joke though. But, we stopped... by at noon today, 5/11/22 and obviously it is closed during their whopping 3-hour window of business. We ate here ONE time (andwe enjoy Taco Bell for what it is and we live close by). The employees were great, the food was better than any other Taco Bellwe have ever tried, the place was clean and set up perfectly.... I asked why they were never open and all the cashier looked medead in the eye and said "Management" and nothing more, with a stern look on his face. Just take your signs down andpermanently close this Taco Bell already!!! All you do is get peoples hopes up for some quick, moderately good American versionof Mexican food. Don’t plan on eating here without a backup plan they are never open. If they are open you can only use the drive thru and the... service is really slow. It would be faster and probably better if you just made the food yourself. Read more
