The food was good, the view was beautiful, and I had just been thinking I need to go there again sometime, but then when we... asked for more ketchup for the table, the woman working (not our server) simply turned to another table and asked if they weredone with their bottle of ketchup, and then just put it on our table. That's gross. Cleanliness and sanitation are reallyimportant, and the last 2 years should have taught us that. There should have been a different bottle brought out of the back ofthe house. Just because of that, I won't be returning. Just because you're in a "little mountain town" and you're on a golfcourse, that doesn't make you exempt from following certain guidelines. Read more
Easily the best trout dish I’ve ever enjoyed. The stone fire place in the middle of the round historic building, created a ... “welcome-home” ambiance. The staff (including the hands-on manager) did an amazing job to accommodate our party of 6. It wastruly encouraging to witness a professional team in this time where “creative excuses” are offered for poor and unacceptableservice. The fish and chips dish also generated very positive comments around the table from seasoned international travelers.Well done, ladies…5 stars to the owner. Good food and beautiful views. We had prime rib there and it was great.
The food was good, I had the Belgian waffles meal. The eggs were a bit overdone but that was fine. Service was excellent the... waitresses checked in with us and were very attentive to refills and clearing plates. The scenery is obviously beautiful andthere are windows throughout. The interior of the building is cozy with a fireplace in the center. Overall very solid place forBrunch and will certainly return at some point! Read more
