This place is Great! The food is so good!!! YUM! The service is top notch like the food. Even though the staff here is young... they run a very respectful, clean, competent business! Everything has been exactly as ordered, got and fresh EVERY SINGLETIME! Kudos Wing Stop, your business is absolutley great from the cleanliness of the dining room, bathrooms and kitchen, Thefriendliness and competence of your staff to the orders being put out hot, fresh, fast and correctly! The people working were polite and really nice. The food was ready when I got there. The chicken sandwich has to be probably the... best I've had out here. I also got boneless and bone-in wings and they were perfect also. I'll definitely be coming here moreoften. Read more

I went to Wing Stop for the first time today and that was a mistake. I ordered online (my first mistake) and it gave me a 16-21... minute time frame for my order to be ready. We get there and I waited in the car for a few minutes to make sure I was closer tothe 21 minutes. (believing it wouldn't take an extra 23 minutes was my second mistake) I went in and there was one person at theregister getting helped. Standing next to a table was another customer so I asked if she was in line before I went to theregister. The employee that came to the register asked me my name and she went in back and returned telling me it would be a fewmore minutes. The place wasn't busy at all. I waited and waited with the total time being 45 minutes all together on a 16-21minute time frame I was given. The manager was on the phone with a dissatisfied customer the entire 24 minutes I waited inside.The thing is, I saw several people go to the register and order then turn around and see them get their orders before I did. I'mirritated by this point because that makes no sense to me at all. I could understand people who ordered their food before me orwho had an online order ahead of me being helped first but not to blatantly see them help customers just walking inside the doorordering on site and getting their food first. The ice in my drink melted long before I got my food. Once I was handed the food,the employee seemed sweet and I thanked her as well as the one who I spoke to at the register. I just couldn't understand why ittook so long. Most people have other things to do with their lives than to wait another 24 minutes for food (I obviously couldhave used the time better by actually eating the wings while they were still hot) With the wait being ridiculously long, Iassumed these wings would be the most delicious ones I have ever eaten in my entire life (another mistake) The food wasn't evenhot, the wings were warm at best and the fries were cold and greasy. This place has definitely stepped it up since the last time I?ve been here. not sure if it is under new management or not but I... was very happy with the service I received. I called in my order because normally it would take unusually long. This time it wasright on time and they even called me to let me know my order was ready. The customer service was a lot better and the wingswere not sitting in a pool of sauce. They even remembered the blue cheese. Read more

This was my first experience at a Wingstop and on the busiest day of the year. My friend and I were taken care of by Dennis who... continued to give everyone that came in great service with a smile! I definitely was NOT impressed with the sauce,fries and especially how the wings were cooked!!! The fries had no taste and the... cheese on the cheese fries had no flavor as well! The "spicy" OG sauce had no spice! Now the biggest let down was the wings...They were over cooked... So over cooked that the meat was hard and so dry!!! I expect a certain level of quality when I buywings at a place where wings are in the name! I was utterly let down and I really don't plan to ever go back again... Read more

The staff are great and truly do their best to solve issues, and treat me with hospitality, however this store is very jumbled... up when busy. They definitely need some more employees. Seems they lost my online order for 10 wings, which isn't a big deal asI just waited for the order, however they ended up preparing me the wrong order entirely, being someone else's huge familyorder, so I had to wait even longer, about an hour from the time I placed the order for 10 wings. While the employees were nice,I didn't get any compensation for my time, which is usually what happens at pretty much any other store I get a messed up orderat. I just would like to reaffirm though, the employees were very nice and hard-working. I wonder if my order initially got lostbecause I paid with a gift card, might be something for the app developer to look into. Read more

Came from marysville in the rain and I was highly dissatisfied with my meal. The customer service was okay, the guy who took our... order was nice and did nothing wrong. We were told it would be 20-25 minutes so my boyfriend and I waited in the car and myboyfriend went in within that time frame. After a total of 20 more minutes or so of waiting I texted my bf for an update. About8 minutes later he finally came back to the car with our food. We waited basically an hour for this. Everything we ordered wasin there but the wait was not it. It probably comes down to low staffing, the fact that it was a Sunday and raining. In terms ofthe food the wings here are incredibly salty maybe it?s just the boneless that are that way? The sauce on my wings wasn?t tossedto properly coat each wing. The most disappointing part of all this were the rolls. I had been most looking forward to those andcraving them but when I took them out of the bag they even LOOKED cold I didn?t even have to touch or eat them. Once I pickedone up I was immediately upset they were just as I suspected: cold, hard and difficult to eat. One roll had a huge centermissing. Just a mess. Even when I attempted to reheat them at home they remained a bad texture compared to the other times I?deaten them in the past. Idk if they were some rolls that had been sitting there for a while or whatever happened. Either way anemployee had to have looked at those rolls and placed them in my bag without a second thought. If I had personally looked in thebag that contained the rolls instead of relying on my bf?s quick check, I would?ve seen how bad they were and went back in forfresh ones. I?ll definitely be reaching out to the store or even the franchise owner if necessary because this is ridiculous.Oh, and my total was $40 this place is expensive and can?t even deliver a quality meal.
