If I could give zero stars I would. Employee was super rude when I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal and they claimed "that... isn't in the computer" so we had to piece together nuggets, fries and a drink. I asked about a crispy chicken burger and I wastold they didn't have that and I was told to order a cheese burger.... I paid around $70 for three people to eat due to thrwhole nugget situation. I know this is third world problems but felt taken advantage of due to the ignorance of the emoyee. Read more
A very nice employee did all she could to make our experience good. Only complaint: it was so cold in there today 10/4/22 that... it felt like a refrigerator in there. We did mention it. It would seem better to make your customers comfortable and notshivering. Read more
One of only a few fast foods places that have the dining room closed, but I get it. So only the drivve thru was open amd the... wait time was over 10 minutes from the time I got in line to the window to get the food. Food was good and the the employeeswere friendly so that was a good thing. Would go there again but gotta make sure the line isn't as long as it was next time. Read more
Ordered my order through doordash (I've had issues with this location before had I known that fiance chose this location on DD... I'd have had him choose a better location) I stopped going to this location because their food quality is horrible. Wait timesor not. Tonight my fiances burger was completely raw. Only browned on the outside of the patty. I do not expect this location to~actually~ try to make their food quality better, but with the amount of bad reviews they've gotten, they need to be reported orget new cooks as well as new management. When we walked into the dining room, it was extremely hot inside. There were about 7 people working. After waiting in line for... 20 minutes to order, the cashier sighed and said "what do you want"? No, hi, no thanks for waiting. I have a lot of empathy forshort staffed businesses. This seemed more like they didn't care, didn't want to be there and no one was giving clear directionto keep things moving and organized. There was no ketchup in the dispenser and almost all of the soda options were out. Afterwaiting another 10 minutes, most of our food was ready. We waited another 10 minutes for the missing hamburger and when we gotit, the hamburger was cold. The fries were overly salted. Won't be going back. Read more
