This place has yet to get my order right. Last time, I asked for water and got sprite. The time before that, we were short two... items in a 9 item order. I had two custom orders on burritos, adding a second meat, one they did perfect and the other didn'tlook like they remembered to add it to it. The place seems clean, and I've never gotten sick eating there. I'm not sure why Igo back despite knowing my order will be messed up. When the food is right, it's great for taco bell. Read more

My custom ordered burrito was split, super wet with sauce oozing out everywhere. It was an absolute MESS. All the onions,... beans and rice at the last inch of burrito. A hell of allot of meat though. It could hold a roll shape, was flat andexploding. Only took 15 mins as only person in store ordering. Should have gone across street and bought chili from Wendy's! It was infuriating. We went thru drive thru and they only took part of the order and made us come in to get the rest that they... didnt record. The woman at the window was extremely rude. I had to stand and wait 25 min for 8 workers to get me 1 crunchwrapafter asking 3 times for help. There was only 1 helpful worker at the end who apologized. They served, and I'm not kidding, at least 15 customers through the drive thru, while we ordered ours online and waited almost... 20 min (with 5 other people who were door dashing, one poor guy was there long before us just waiting for any one of theemployees to finally remember his order)for an enchirito and what we wanted was nacho fries, but this is the 2nd time in a rowthat they have given us a regular burrito, we just took it because we didn't want to wait any longer. Where was the manager tohelp out in all this? Why y'all ignoring the people in the lobby for so long??? It wasn't the worker shortage, 5 people for thedrive thru and no one for the lobby.
