Subway restaurant is very clean. Great employees. Food is very fresh. What more can you ask for.
Like all businesses, some employees are better than others but this location has a high amount of employees that make perfectly... executed sandwiches according to subway training. Truly living up to their title of sandwich artists. Even the employees thataren?t quite to that perfect level make excellent sandwiches and listen well to what the customer is saying. Overall thislocation seems to do an excellent job of hiring and training employees and their sandwich quality reflects this. Read more
Usually this location has been good, but my last experience here was a disaster. To begin with, the lobby music was turned up... WAY to loud, so you almost had to shout to be heard over the music. Only one person was on duty, at 12:45pm, which seems likelunch hour, when more staff should be working. Several people were in line, but one woman was ordering multiple sandwiches andbeing very picky, which basically brought the whole place to a standstill. Several customers walked out, and we tried to bepatient, but after over 10 minutes getting nowhere in line, we had to give up as well. I realize this isn't entirely theemployee's or management's fault, but it was pretty sad. Fortunately there are other locations in Everett just minutes away, sowe were able to go elsewhere for a much better experience. Hopefully the management of this location will see this and can dobetter. Read more
I eat here regularly. The staff early open is always pleasant and happy. The owner was there once bringing bread from another... store and was really humble and stopped to talk. Always love supporting local and the sandwiches are decent too. Read more
Received great service by a very patient young man who clearly had his hands full with a very particular elderly customer with... several (4) sandwiches and each he wanted cut and wrapped a certain way all with a growing line. The gentleman thanked him forbeing so kind and patient with him.Yes, it was a very long wait for the remaining customers to order, but it was fine as he wasthe only person there and very polite.
