Not my favorite Subway but not bad just very much a basic Subway experience.

Don't go here! they charge more for adding to your sub and meal combos. Verified with the subway location on evergreen way, I... called them afterwards and asked about why the price was more and they "didn't understand why I was charged more". I order thesame meal everytime and the total is $14.67 at the subway at 5129 evergreen way. At this subway my total was $18.88! To add tobeing overcharged at this location, if it's a hot summer day it will be warmer inside the subway then it is in the summer heat.Do yourself a favor, save some money and eat in a air conditioned lobby if your going to dine in. -1 star only because recently [at least this] Subway doesn't carry the tomato basil wrap anymore (toasting melts the cheese, but... toasting subs makes crumbs go e.v.e.r.y.w.h.e.r.e). Note to future customers: Don't make it a habit to come late just becauseof this story (Subway workers have lives, too. But I do agree it might help to be open later, if possible). The guy workingtonight was a hero sandwich, like something straight out of a kid's storybook. My mom misread it as closing at 10pm instead of8pm. She and my sister made it right at 8pm. My sister had a bad day, and I guess he could tell when he told them, "sorry, we'reclosed". He was like, "Aww... alright. I'll make you a sandwich." Amid making them food, a family walked in. My mom looking athim and the time with an oopsie face, quietly: "Oh, no. Uh oh...." Again, apologetically: "Sorry, we're closed." The family ofthree kids looked bummed, one saying, "Awwww...!" Looking trapped as though he was just stuffed into a giant sub, the guyrelented with: "...It's okay. I'll make it for you." As my mom and my sister were getting ready to leave after filling up fordrinks, a guy who looked worn out as though from a busy day at work walked in. "Sorry, we're closed." My mom: "Oh, nooo! *Now*what are you going to do?" (mentally putting her hands on her cheeks) "Oh... it's okay. I'll take it." The customer lit up withsudden happiness. "Really??" Subway worker nods: "Yeah, I'll take your order." Worn-out guy, relieved: "Thank you!!" This worldneeds more empathy and compassion. This Subway worker? Showing it one subway sandwich at a time. The sandwich was very good. I had stopped going to Subway because the bread wasn't fresh. Yesterday the French bread way very... fresh and the Parmesan dressing was good. A+ sandwich Read more

They don't wash hands, ever. 2 dollars more than other subways per sandwich. Not clean either. Foot prints on tables. They short... you in veggies and don't put them on evenly. Not good. Read more

We were told they did not do kid sizes anymore, but the other subways we go to still do. This makes me think they just don't... want to, which seems lazy to me. The staff working were not that friendly and seemed too into the conversation amongstthemselves to listen to my order, which made me repeat my order more then a few times. Incredible food and service. Seriously. This is the best Subway I've been to in 10 years. The one girl working was quick and... very nice. The food was actually hot when it came out of the toaster. Really great experience. Read more

I ordered food from the app which is connected through DoorDash. Typically the DoorDasher leaves the food at the door and let?s... us know through the thing that it?s been delivered but this time the dasher didn?t, she called us on a number that we don?t haveanymore so we had no idea? then we called the store several times and we got no response what so ever which is frustrating I washungry I work overnights and I just wanted to have some food and go to bed so me and my bf go to the store and which there wasonly one customer in the store and through out this whole time only had one other one and that?s it so I don?t understand whythey couldn?t pick up the phone but anyways we talked to the worker trying to be nice about the situation but he keptinterrupting wasn?t listening to what I had to say and assumed that I was saying something that wasn?t even close to what I wasasking, just overall rude for no reason he said they have my food but they returned the money which was wasn?t even in myaccount still nor did the app say it was returned and he told us to just contact DoorDash support so we did the lady gave usoptions and the best option for us that we got was to have her talk to them and have them make out food again and give it to usso we get the food we paid for then when we did the guy refused to make us food THAT WE PAID FOR so in the end didn?t get foodand I won?t get my money back til with in 2-3 business days. I?ve worked in the food industry for a long time and we alwayscared for the customers concerns and help them the best way possible but the proper customer service it?s being respectful andhow you gain more customers as well and just building a good community in your restaurant, I also know how it is dealing withrude customers so I go out of my way to be as nice as possible for any worker out there.
