I couldn't even get a meal here if I wanted after one visit. Went in at 9pm, they close at 10pm, there was no white rice... available, they were out of chow mein, half their line was empty and what little there was was mislabeled all over and half itlooked old and worn. I can understand cooking as needed to avoid left overs, but if you can't even keep your line supplied anhour before closing you got issues. Heard one customer in the drive-thru being told it would be 15 minutes before they had thestuff they wanted ready. Read more
Ordered through DoorDash. Portions were perfect but I couldn't really finish the plate because it's bland. Probably the worst... chow mein I've ever had. Orange chicken was super good though. Rice and pepper steak were bland and I couldn't finish it. I'llonly be ordering from privately owned Chinese restaurants in the future as I've never had an issue before Read more
The food was tasty, the lobby and bathroom clean and the crew friendly, but they use styrofoam. Evidence of my lunch will be... around for 500+ years. I will not be back until they use something more environmentally friendly. Read more
Tasty food but too small portions. Got "plate" combo (2 entrees) for lunch, was still hungry afterwards. Standard sized... takeout box was only about 2/3 filled. Won't eat here again. Read more
This panda needs to improve a lot in customer service. The orders many times have been served wrong, though take out ordering.... One time we got an order wrong when we order by drive thru and went inside to ask them to change it and the person whom I asktold me to order right next time. Also the portions in kid?s meals are almost empty boxes. I understand kids portions are notthe same as adult portions. But the portions are very poor. Almost every time we have bought food at this particular location,we have to wait for food to be ready, something we have had waited 10 minutes. So get right !!!Panda Express. Read more
I've been to this new location 3 times. The first time was great. The last two were less than satisfactory. The window personnel... in the drive thru were not friendly, wait times for food were long, and after waiting, I still got the wrong food. Descent food.long wait, but because of how busy the location is, foods were relatively fresh. I ordered honey wallet shrimp,... beef and broccoli, and Beijing beef. The deep-fried items - shrimp and Beijing beef - are very well done. Even after 20 minutes,the coating did not become soggy. For the beef and brocolli, it was typical mall chinese food. We stopped here to get our regular order, which does not include meat. As soon as I ordered that they treated me like garbage.... They told me I had to pay for the containers and they filled it only half way. They made me feel like I had to beg to eat there.No Condiments offered, very rude... good thing there is a Wingstop right next door for those that eat meat. Make that option,you will be better off!
