Well it's McDonald's of course the food was fine it was McDonald's food however I had to stand in line or whatever for 30... minutes or more when I asked them if they accepted the VA veterans discount he didn't know what I was talking about I gave himmy card because I don't know what this is I said get your manager is why? She probably came to the window said oh yes we give20% which is really good however they couldn't give me a receipt they said they've been out for a few days yeah I think theunder construction and the people really need a little training on discounts and honoring your veteran I don't really get it buttwo days no receipt? Food is on par with most McDonald's locations in the Everett area. Service is sub-par. Consistently Pickles = Extra Onions.... Bunch of yahoos working in there. Atmosphere is wholly avoided (see above.) Read more
Placed a mobile order, went through the drive through, got to the window only to be told they wouldn?t be able to complete the... order. Manager gave me a ?refund? receipt but it was for a single Big Mac, I had ordered $30+ dollars worth of food. Didn?t evenget the Big Mac refund. So no food, no money back. Slowest drive thru ever. Every time I go here, I literally spend 40-50 minutes in drive through. The only reason I keep coming... back is because this location is the only McDonald's that is open after 11 pm in my neighborhood. But every time I sit in lineI yell at myself for not driving extra 10 miles and getting my order processed within 2 minutes. They are always understaffedand there will always be some person in kitchen chatting with the employees. And that chat is not about opening second drivethrough line, or figuring out more efficient ways to do service. Read more
This McDonald's was one of the worst Ive been in as far as customer service went. The intercom person at the drive through and... the payment window person need more training on people skills. Though, I will say that the person who brought my food out to thereserved parking was a very well mannered young guy and even wished me a nice day and smiled. The world needs more people whofight the good fight like that. Read more
Ordered my lunch today, and will not be ordering from here or visiting again. The service here continues to go downhill, regular... order mistakes and missing items. Today was the topper however. Ordered a Double QPC meal with a coke, but the staff though itwould be funny to exchange my coke for old drip coffee in a soda cup. Nasty surprise when I go to take my first drink. Wouldgive zero stars if possible. This was not a simple mistake, as the soda machine does not dispense coffee, they had to go out oftheir way to put old coffee in my cup. Malicious and uncalled for. Convenient location for a quick stop with two children on the way home. Due to construction in the parking lot area, the... entrance from Evergreen Way is now closer to 526, and the way to the drive-in is a bit of a maze, but we still go. The food andservice have never been a problem, and the personnel has always been nice. Read more
