Irma was so rude & unprofessional. She has terrible customer service. She was being so rude taking my order and was rushing me.... I ordered the 2 piece meal & I requested to get no drink since I don?t drink soda. I told her to exchange the drink with 1 ranchsauce and she refused to do so and lied to me about not charging me for the drink. I looked at the receipt & it shows that sheindeed did charge me for the drink. Not only that, the slammed the window in my face right after she handed me my order. Thefries were extremely cold & the chicken was undercook. I have visit multiple KFC in the Washington area and I am a very loyalcustomer. This was my first time visiting this specify location & it will be the last after the terrible treatment I received.Customer service is very important. You shouldn?t be hiring people like this with no manners, respect & ignorance. went to get advertised special on tv 2 piece special $6.99, ordered 2 dinners went to window to pick up was told they do not... honor advertised specials, cost $11,99 each. Not a fan of KFCs that have additional fast food places attached. Seems like grease is shared among them so chicken either... tastes or smells like fries (A&W) or worse fish! (Long John Silvers) Ruins the entire meal. Mash potatoes and gravy luckilyaren't affected but that's only a side and not the main reason you go to KFC. This location also has very difficult entrance asits not accessible from all directions. Also has rampant homeless population in area so be prepared to be approached and askedfor something (change, food, cigarette, etc) The A&W on the other hand is very tasty! However entrance issue and homeless threatis still a concern. Read more
Aug. 24 @ 3pm, cashier was only person not busy but she is the only person acts busy. Get a drink from her tooks 7mins and gets... extra straw takes 5 min from her. Worst fast food experience EVER!!! Read more
Found a long (6"-8"), black hair fried into the batter in our chicken. (My hair has never been black, and my husband's has never... been long.) Absolutely disgusting. The Health Department would have a field day. MAKE YOUR EMPLOYEES WEAR HAIR NETS, TIE ALLLONG HAIR UP AND ENSURE IT'S UNDER THEIR HATS, WHATEVER!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Also, not very good marketing to tellpeople where you're located by telling them you're "right next to Ralibiertos Taco Shop" (especially when Ralibiertos is thebetter restaurant). Staff and manager (running the drive through) was making racial comments and slurs. She was EXTREMELY RUDE. The store was also... filthy and food left in the floor that kitchen staff was walking through. DO NOT eat here! I will never go back! Read more
