Fast service and delicous food. What more can be said for the JJ standard.
The cashiers are not friendly at all. I?d even take it a step further and say that you are inconveniencing them by being there.... The first couple of visits I just chalked it up to them having an off day but after 5 plus visits it seems this is the norm forthis location. This time I was the only customer. I stood at the counter while a young lady just kept taking bread off of trays,looked back at me and then kept doing what she was doing without even acknowledging my existence. After a minute she called herco worker over to take care of me. The co worker took care of me but didn?t seem happy about it. Two weeks ago when I was here Igot four sandwiches for my family and we couldn?t even eat them and they all went in the trash. The lettuce was super brown andwe just couldn?t eat them. All in all, I recommend driving another 10 minutes NORTH to the 26th and Broadway location where theemployees are always friendly and the sandwiches are always fresh. The cashier isn't very friendly and every single booth table is sticky and has crumbs on them. There's literally nobody here.... I'd think they could clean them. And the bread is hard. A young girl here is cool, let me use the restroom before I boughtanything and was nice about it. Read more
Your sandwiches are consistently good. Bread is always fresh and your staff is excellent. The one at the Alderwood Mall is not... good. Always get day old bread that is hard and chewy. Keep up the good work! Read more
Great sandwiches, amazing fresh bread. We always get the Spicy East Coast Italian it has double the meat I just wish it came... with more cheese. The meats are sliced nice and thin and when they make the sandwich the cheese is in between the meat so itdoesn't get soggy. This is how I judge a great sandwich spot. They also have great proportion of meat to vegetable. They usegood quality everything on their sandwiches. I have never had a bad sandwich from Jimmy Johns. They also have a great rewardsprogram. Absolutely fantastic sandwiches. Everything is fresh. People working here are friendly and easy to deal with. It's not really... easy to find, but just turn into the Everett Mall parking lot. It's not inside the mall, but you'll notice a few smallbusinesses next to it. It's clean and well maintained. Read more
Pretty decent "fast food" sandwich. This location is located next to the mall. There is a took of parking. This, like most... locations is long and narrow with seating down the side of the restaurant. I like to order the #11 "Country Club" (turkey, ham,provolone). It normally comes with lettuce, tomato and mayo. Pictured, I have made some modifications (no mayo, sub Dijon, addonion, oregano and sliced pickles). If you want your sandwich or pickle cut in half, you have to order it that way. Theingredients taste fresh. I like that they put the sauce in between the meat and cheese so that they bread doesn't get soggy.Good call. However, my only trouble is sometimes the bread is a bit on the tougher side, like it's a day old or something. Ihave had nice interactions with the employees at this location; although I only live 2 miles away but somehow am "too far" fortheir delivery line. Not a biggie, just seems strange. I believe the sandwich, chips and pickle ran me a little over $11. Notbad for lunch. Read more
We love JJ. This is the closest to our sandwich shop back home. Always fresh ingredients, nice soft bread.
