The cashiers are not friendly at all. I?d even take it a step further and say that you are inconveniencing them by being there.... The first couple of visits I just chalked it up to them having an off day but after 5 plus visits it seems this is the norm forthis location. This time I was the only customer. I stood at the counter while a young lady just kept taking bread off of trays,looked back at me and then kept doing what she was doing without even acknowledging my existence. After a minute she called herco worker over to take care of me. The co worker took care of me but didn?t seem happy about it. Two weeks ago when I was here Igot four sandwiches for my family and we couldn?t even eat them and they all went in the trash. The lettuce was super brown andwe just couldn?t eat them. All in all, I recommend driving another 10 minutes NORTH to the 26th and Broadway location where theemployees are always friendly and the sandwiches are always fresh. I live in Silver lake but I will be going to the BorthEverett location from now on! Read more
The cashier isn't very friendly and every single booth table is sticky and has crumbs on them. There's literally nobody here.... I'd think they could clean them. And the bread is hard. A young girl here is cool, let me use the restroom before I boughtanything and was nice about it. Read more
Your sandwiches are consistently good. Bread is always fresh and your staff is excellent. The one at the Alderwood Mall is not... good. Always get day old bread that is hard and chewy. Keep up the good work! Read more
