Very good food. Perfect portion size and wait staff were spot on.
It's been a while since I was here same polite people that work here. Nice to know that things have not changed. But not open on... Sunday is a buss kill. But there was one problem that needs to be addressed. Do not tell the customer you have no peppers justbecause you do not want to clean up a pepper container. I asked for peppers on my number 10. She said they where out but theshelves where full of peppers and the other person working there told this person to open a new one and if she did not want tomake my order she would do it. That was sad and the first time I ever had someone do that like I could not see the 20 or sopepper jars there. Love this JJ's every one is great they know every time what I like and always say hello and good bye. Theyoung people that work there are full of smiles. Not a fan of this jimmy johns. It?s 90 degrees outside and the air conditioning was broken, and I was waiting for my sandwich... for 10 minutes when they asked me if I had been helped yet and realized they didn?t even have my order queued up. I?ll avoidthis location in the future. Read more
My favorite Jimmy John?s in WA. Never had an issue, always greeted when I walk in even when it?a busy. I can always count on... getting a delicious turkey sandwich then cruising down to Harborview park to enjoy it. Finally got around to downloading the appand getting rewards and definitely enjoying the benefits. Thank you to all the hard working people at this store!
