It's ok. Service isn't that great and the smoothies taste like they add the boosts by default. Tables were dirty at this one and... the floors were sticky as if they hadn't been mopped in a while. The girl who took my order forgot my name but thankfully didnot hand my order to someone else. Read more
Sometimes it can be slow when they're super busy, but the staff are great and they make great smoothies to enjoy <3
I went in this morning around 9:45 am and the girl that was working there was very nice despite being stressed from the smoothie... orders. She seemed to be by herself but she was working hard and apologized to those coming in, as it took her a few minutes totake their order since she was making smoothies. I gave her a nicely sized tip because she was friendly, and working quicklydespite being stressed. She definitely deserves a raise, or at least some help from another team member! Read more
I can?t believe this place is selling fruit bowls but they do not have spoons. Place looks dirty. Never come back there.
I ordered the impossible breakfast sandwich and they gave it to me frozen with just the bread warm. This is my second bad... experience at this Jamba Juice with multiple employees. They obviously do not care. Read more
I went to JJ on Everett Green Way in Everett Washington today. Purchased a Acai Bowl. They are $10. First of all the taste was... too strong not sure what was not added. I do not think the blueberries were washed before putting them on the bowl. The frontdesk person got the blueberries out of the back and did not wash them. The smoothie was not mixed, it was a big clump of frozenstrawberries. They were out of coconut flakes which I can understand. But they were also out of spoons. These bowls areexpensive. Very disappointed in my visit today. The front desk person was very nice to say something positive. Read more
Not bad but definitely has changed over the last 10 years and the menu has changed a lot as well. Haven't really had any good... juices lately or they make them into blended smoothie type drinks not pressed juices like they used to have. Read more
