The area around is full of sketchy people. Someone was in the parking lot asking people for money. Inside it's ok, not... particularly clean, a lot cleaner than you would expect based upon the outside. I had to argue to get everything included in myorder. They read the order to me and told me they gave me everything. I ordered three shakes, they even read aloud that I paidfor 3 shakes. I only received 2. They kept insisting I was wrong and only should have 2. It took me refusing to drive forwarduntil a manager came to the window and ordered me to move. I explained to her the situation, she read the receipt and apologizedand got me the shake. They were all unique, it had its own line item. It was more than 5 minutes I sat there holding up theline waiting for my third shake. Read more
Staff was very unobservant and even though I was almost yelling to get the attention of the counter staff they seemed annoyed i... wanted to order anything and I was really annoyed that they said the shake machine was being cleaned when I saw a drive thrustaff use it as I was trying to order. I would've given 0 stars for service but it wouldn't let me. Read more

F*** Jack in the Pox. When they allow indoor dining again they might get a real review. No one on their staff speaks English... except drive thru workers. They'll reopen indoor dining after employees learn how to speak English. Read more
We ordered two sour dough jacks. 19:30pm. Sunday night. $16.00 bucks and change. 2 pieces of bread. A tomatoes heal, or near... heal pieces. An odd semi tough thinly sliced bacon/ham? A squirt of mayo and the same catsup? It wouldn't be so bad if theburger patty was freshly cooked,,NOT! FULL PRICE FOR FRESHLY COOKED, I GUESS, OK? FULL PRICE FOR A SUBSTANDARD PREVIOUSLYCOOKED BURGER FROM A WARMER TRAY. Am I going to drive all the way back to the box to complain. Lobby hours are on the front door however they keep the doors locked. Hey Jack in the box? not everyone drives a vehicle small... enough to get into your Sri they lane. I called to let them know the door was locked and the woman told me they were closed andhung up. Lost my business, I?ll never spend another penny with this company after being hung up on, they were open just notwelcoming guests into the lobby. Read more
This is easily the best Jack in the Box in the area. Always busy but the employees are always nice and friendly, great attitudes... no matter what. The food is always up to par, and on the rare occasion there is a mix up, they always make it right and thensome, with no push back. Great food and customer service. I ordered a burger through the mobile app, plain. I get my food through the drive through and as I pull away I check my burger,... it has Mayo.. I go through the drive through again and I explain the situation. When I get to the window she tries charging me,I tell her like I explained at the speaker that my burger was made wrong so she wants to take the messed up burger and I askedher if it was going in the trash, she said yes and I told her that I?d rather not waste it and that I don?t want it thrown away,she then won?t give me the burger that?s made correctly. She gets loud and is telling me to give her the other burger or I?m notgetting the right one. I insist on that I don?t want to waste it, I don?t want to throw it away. She then says that she?s notgiving me mine and tells me ?call corporate I don?t care? which why would that be her response?? Then slams the window shut andwalks away. She was rude from the beginning, when I first picked up my order. She got incredibly rude after I wanted thecorrect burger. I absolutely hate this Jack in the box . They always have the rudest staff.
