Not my favorite area or place to go.. honestly have never personally ordered anything from this location, BUT I am a dasher, so... I constantly am picking up customers doordash orders from this location when I am dashing in Everett. It's very weird becausethe drive thru and kitchen will only stay open for uber eats and doordash etc when it's passed 11pm. The place, drive thrulights, and ordering menu continue to stay lit up, But employees won't allow anyone to place an order when customers attempt toplace thier orders... which is likely confusing to people who aren't working as food couriers. My visit was good..the food hot and pleasing .. A. new employee was trying her best to accommodate orders. She was having a... challenge being new.. but she had a smile, patience, and a positive outlook even though it look like they were short handed.Good job girl... very pleasant.. Read more
I want to say that if I made this review about a month ago it would have been a ONE star because of the management that was... there. They have changed management and did give me my milkshake that I ordered this time unlike a month ago. Although I got myentire order this time my current issue is about the size of the meat patty in my "Cheesy Bacon jack". It was a double butburger patty was the size of a slider and the bun dwarfed the patty by an inch in diameter. It was if the normal size patty wascut in half and reshaped to be a two patties. I was happy to get my order right but displeased with the burger I got. Read more
The night shift girl Amanda is awesome, super sweet, gets our orders right and she always has a smile especially for having to... deal with everything she goes through. Any other time I come here they don?t understand me, I have to repeat my self multipletimes. I feel that this place is a bit a racist. Items were left out of my order, multiple times. I finally sought revision for the error just to experience an extremely rude... supervisor (pictured) and an unprofessional manager by the name of Victor Lopez. I consider myself an extremely tolerant person.This experience has pushed me to report this location to the franchise. Read more
No one was in the drive through so we were able to order our food quickly. The person at the window was also really polite and... easy to understand. I'm giving this only 4 stars because the food was ok. Not really amazing but not terrible either Read more
