Let me tell you all about this adventure. I call up what I thought was the Domino's on Broadway in Everett... ..NOPE, folks... you're calling an call center somewhere. They relay that order to the restaurant. Didn't know this at first. Waited 1hour beforecalling looking for pizza. They never heard of me. WOW to my surprise no food. Didn't expect that one. Domino's is much better than I remember as a kid. They have tons of options, and using the app is very easy and offers lots of... coupons. Hard to beat a 3 topping large pizza for $7.99. This location is a former bank, so they have a drive up window, whichis very convenient. Read more
First off I want to say that I understand that mistakes are made and no one is perfect, I know this. With that being said, I... ordered a salad with my order and the salad was just gross. The red onions were slimy and the lettuce smelled really bad. Theseare prepackaged salads, so I can understand that one can't see if they've gone bad. I called up my local Domino's and they werevery nice and credited me with a salad. I appreciated that. The very next order, I ordered a pizza with no garlic oil on thecrust. When I got my pizza delivered there was garlic oil on the crust. So, I called them up and they credited me with any pizzaI wanted. Once again, the staff was very accommodating and courteous. I ordered a pizza once again with no garlic oil. Onceagain my pizza was delivered with garlic oil included. This was the third straight order with mistakes. I called them again andwas offered to have them remake one or get one credited to my account. I chose the latter. It must be stated that once again theworkers were very nice and understanding. Overall, I have to say that this Domino's isn't like other places where they arguewith you about mistakes made by them. I never got the feeling they thought I was trying to scam them out of free food. Likeeveryone else, I work hard for my money and when I spend my dollars on something like a Domino's pizza, I want it made right. AsI stated before, accidents happen and I've made mistakes at work. Domino's has made this right all three times without any fuss,just like I would do to correct one of my mess ups. I will continue being a patron of my local Domino's, they've proven thatthey're willing to make their wrongs right. To me that reflects on the management and the overall culture at Domino's. *Update* Eventually they gave me a refund. Was a bit of a process but at least they made it right in the end. Just...wow....not... only did I receive my pizza order destroyed but I call to let them know... they proceed to tell me that it's because my pizzamust have been on the bottom of 8 delivery orders he just sent his 1 available delivery driver to deliver. ???? They made me anew one and I went out of my way to pick it up to not burden the delivery driver. Once my bank statement comes back I see theyhave charged me for the extra pizza they made to replace mine putting my account in negative over their mistake. This is a newlocation and already it's super disappointing. I'm not sure who I have to talk to about this but this is not something I willstand for. I'm not one to complain let alone write a review unless it's warranted. I did not deserve to pay for their mistake. Idid not ask for my delivery tip back. I did not make a huge deal out of their mistake I just wanted the pizza I paid for. I willbe filling a complaint. Read more

Well, I *was* excited to have a new dominos nearby. So, they got my order wrong, and when I went back to have them correct it, I... sat in the drive-thru for awhile. So I got out of my car and peered inside. The cashier was inside and pretended not to see me.When I knocked on the window, softly at first but then quite audibly, she pretended not to hear me. Finally a gentleman came tothe window. He said they?d fix the order. Great! When I got home with the ?corrected? order, I discovered they had it wrongAGAIN.
